The world lost a very ambitious, peaceful, joyous, energetic, visionary when they lost Molly Rose Mahoney. She was a fellow student of mine. She was for Social Justice, Peace, Child's Rights, Human Rights, Fair Trade, Fair Pay for Women, Equal Treatment of Women and the list goes on. She passed into the next world on August 3, 2008 of this year at the tender age of twenty-one.
Everyone in my school knew Molly. People in the London airport knew Molly, the sisters in Sierra Leone knew Molly. She was one of a kind. I really loved this young lady. She was vibrant and enthusiastic; a natural leader. I had a soft spot for her because she was a fellow redhead. She was pretty, kind and amazing. Her last mission was in Africa where she was exposed to malaria (this is what I have heard.) I attended an amazing and touching memorial for her tonight at my school. She touched everyone she knew. I will miss her dearly. Everyone knew her, she is an angel now. I just wanted you to know a little bit about Molly and the people she touched by the age of twenty-one. She was on and invited to several boards including a local peace commision, she spearheaded changing labor laws for women, and several world-altering marches. The auditorium was packed and not a dry eye in the place. We will miss you Molly. I will. You always reminded me of my little sister, kind of like me.
Sam I am sorry you lost someone so close to your heart . I guess for me even though in the moment we feel such great loss, it's our loss and Gods plain . No wonder she achived so much in such a short time . I lost my Sis when she was 23 , She left behind my gorgeous nieces who look just like me . Again a life cut short, but that was also the plain . I understand
Wow Surely sorry for your loss. I really liked this gal a lot. It was painful to go to the Memorial. She touched everyone who knew her and believe me if you saw her, you knew her. She was vibrant, outgoing, loving, generous, funny and always out to change the world and help underprivileged. It really FELT like she was my sister. She was so much like me... and she had red hair.
if it felt like a sis then it was . perhaps u to connect through reincarnation , so there ya go . Just because you may not of ben born from the same parents doen not mean u didn't haave a bond of sisterhood I hope your pain eases quickly
