Another thing i have been thinking is what make us have the looks we have. I mean if we are energy, why the energy takes some shape on some people and another one in others? Who is chosing the look we have? Is us since we are little with our thoughs who determine how we look?

I have noticed that when I wake and feel excited about the day and have a smile on my face then I look so much better. My hair works, my skin color is good, and people comment. Usually if it is cold out and I feel like going under the covers, then i suppose my thoughts turn and people tell me i look tired. I am convinced that our thoughts lead to our appearance on some level. I have been trying to think myself thin and also have better eyesight. But i am careful to feel happy with who i am now and not focus too much on the weight loss because a lot of our beauty comes from how we feel about ourselves. Does anyone think this is possible...I think the extra weight i have around my middle is really negative energy from negative thoughts and that if i will let go of my negative feelings about the past (fully) then the weight will fall off. Any thoughts?

There's a book that deals with the way thoughts affect our appearance. It's called Transcendent Beauty: It Begins with a Single Choice. . . To Be. I've also noticed how my looks have changed as my mentality has, too. Sometimes, very average looking kids will blossom in their late teens or early twenties or even later in life. It has to do with their mentality because their features may not be that different, but they have a radiance that shines through. It's not really how straight your nose is that makes you beautiful, but how vital your spirit is.

Pamela Anderson and Michael Bergen are two celebrities I can think of who were average looking as kids. But look at them now.

Remember that what someone "looks like" is nothing more than a vibrational interpretation. That's why two men can stand together and look at the exact same woman at the exact same time and one man might say that she is ugly while the other man might say that she is the most beautiful woman he has ever seen.

We actually do not know what anybody or anything trully looks like as we have never actually "seen" anything. What we have interpreted as seeing is only our brains interpretation of the light that has reflected off of other people and objects in the world we live in. But we have never actually "seen" past the point where the light is reflected off of.

If you and I are sitting at a table and I put a red ball down on the table...we both will call that object a red ball. But there is no way of knowing whether we are both "seeing" the same thing. We may actually be seeing two completely different colors but for what each of us are seeing we call it Red. So we can both relate to the same object that has the color that we each know as being Red.

Thus the old saying..."Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder".

Wow, Rico - I really like what you've just said... I've never thought of it that way before, and I find the whole concept of never actually having "seen" someone properly mindblowing! It makes SO much sense! Thanks for sharing that insight!

Rico, i agree that this can happned, but normally is people who is consider beautiful for all or most people, while others are consider not good looking by most. Many times in a group of friends is a girl who most people always think she is most pretty than the others and get all the looks and attention.
My question is wyhy some people get the looks that most people admire and find beautiful like anjelina jolie for example, and others get looks that are not consider for the mayority so beuatiful?

I think you are missing the point. You are still discribing "looks" as though they are a pre-boxed gift that is given to you when you are born. This is not the case.

What someone "looks like" is literally defined by the observer not the observed.

If in a "Group of friends"..most of the people in that group think that a particular girl is pretty then that is because most of those people are in a close vibrational match to each other (which is probably why they are all friends) so they have a similar vibrational interpretation of what they are all observing. This is commonly referred to as having similar taiste but on a quantum level it is all about vibrational interpretation.

I'm not sure how you are defining the "majority" because neither you or I have the ability to poll every single human being on the face of the planet which would be the only way to get an accurate opinion poll. What the media reports is certainly not an accurate result poll of the majority of the people on this planet feel.

For example, I know alot of other guys that would think that the type of woman that I would find attractive would not at all be attractive to them. While at the same time I would not find the women they would be attractive to be attractive to me.

If one person is not attractive to another person it simply means that they are not vibrational match to each other.

Rico, i agree with what you say when talking about normal or just good looking people, but sometimes some people is just too beautiful and stands out from the rest.

What i mean is not the people on this group finding a particular girl pretty, but the peope otside that group finding that particular girl pretty. For example i have 2 girl friends, and one of them is considered very beautiful for most people, i mean everytime we go out, travel or get introduce to new people, most people usually think that girl is very good looking, and i mean even people who does not know them at all, while the other one is not consider pretty or get any attention from boys or haven´t heard anyone at all ever say that she´s pretty

As well when i was modelling i used to have a friend, a girl who worked with me which everyone used to consider gorgeous, and everyone on even on the street used to turn their heads at she passed by. While others girls are not look at like that, and in this case it was not people from a same group neither.

And for example most guys i have ever heard talk about anjelina jolie think she´s gorgeous.

That´s what i man, not just people on the sme group.

Everything I have said applies to everyone. Regardless of who they are or what level of "prettiness" you place them in.

What someone "looks like" is literally defined by the observer not the observed.

What someone "looks like" is nothing more than a vibrational interpretation.

These rules do not change based on whether or not someone happens to get alot of attention in the public eye.

I kinda agree.

There are some people who are considered "beautiful" or "handsome" in Hollywood and I just don't see it. I think there may be some cultural influences such as society's belief that women with large lips, breasts, eyes are prettier, but if you put those aside and ask people who they find attractive I think it changes from person to person.

I uderstand what you say on theory, but then why is there some people that gets a lot of attention from the oppositte sex, looking at them and wanting to go out with them, and admiration from their own gender peope while others don´t?

why for wexample on high school some girls or boys are very popular, consider pretty and most guys want to go out with them and that don´t happens to other girls or boys?

why some people is looked out with admiration about their looks for many people while otheres don´t? as the example i put of a girl i used to work with.

Or why on beauty contest there´s always the same type of girls and not for example short or overweight girls or girls with big noses for example?

If really everyone though different about looks everyone will get atention from some people, not one person for most people...
