ideally i would like to be 108, how can i achieve this? i would like tips on eating or my feelings about it to be specific. gratitude, staying present,visualzation tools and mirror tips or whatever O and how to remain calm, w/o ANY worry and have faith (please be specific!). listen, don`t think about it at all, don`t pay so much attention, i know- difficult, but just try to do this!about faith- sure it`s not so easy - I have the same difficulties- u know u should beleive& trust!!! life is wonderfull!!! ... no need to cry....just enjoy!!!well- the best way- no sweets&no pizza, no humbergers.... for 5-6-monthes... it works!!!- no need to eat anything after 6 p.m... no beer!!!!
I tend to put on weight in the stomach and lower back. I work out a lot. Remember. If you have extra muscle, you will burn more calories. Then you will burn fat.
Try to eat protein with every meal or drink a protein shake.
DON'T go hungry! You will lower your metabolism. Eat snacks like fruit, low fat yogurt, cottage cheese, nuts or a high fiber cereal.

I agree with Lucky Gold Star. I think you have to eat everytime you want to (that doesn't mean you have to eat 3762472728 sweets a day) but when you do eat, just taste the food. If you eat thinking of fat to burn and weight to lose you'll be more hungry. If you truly taste what you're eating you'll be satisfied.
