I understand the secret, but just can't concentrate to right thoughts. What to do?

What worked for me in the beginning was just to repeat "my positive thoughts are far more powerful than my negative thoughts" whenever a negative thought popped into my mind.

Also, I don't think that there's such a thing as 'right' or 'wrong' thoughts... your thoughts are there for a reason - perhaps as a contrast to show you what you don't want? In that case, the best thing to do would be to take note of that so-called "bad thought", then come up with the more positive thought that lieas in opposition to that.

So, for example, if you feel alone and keep thinking that you aren't loved and won't find love, find the contrast to that, which would mean love, acceptance and someone to be with. Now, rather than focusing on eeling alone and unloved, think abotu being loved. Feel the power of that love with every fibre of your being... do things that make you feel love or loved, write down compliments others have given youthat have made you feel good, etc.

Just keep working on it - like most things in life, practice makes perfect! You've come to the right place - there's a huge archive of tips, advice and info on PI... all you need to do is set aside some time to dream, discover and explore!

Our conscious thought are only approx 10% of what we think, so concentrating to change what is in our conscious mind is a great start, but there is a lot underneath - predominantly the thoughts that make up our belief system. That is where our feelings are such a good tool to understand what we are telling ourselves.

Thoughts are not right or wrong, we tend to judge them as being negative or positive - same with feelings. They just are a part of who we are. If we tell ourselves we are wrong for thinking negatively, then we are just adding to the layers! We need the whole range of thoughts and feelings to have choice. If we were just always floating along on cloud nine, it would no longer be cloud nine, it would get pretty bland! Rather than judging yourself for not concentrating, celebrate the fact that you are now conscious enough to notice when your thoughts are not giving you the results you want. Then you have a choice to find something that helps you to feel better.

Just learning to get present with yourself is a really good start. Just for a few minutes several times a day, take the time to tune in and check how you are feeling. If you are not in tune with yourself you are shutting of the power to create a different reality. And don't forget, you are here on this amazing little blue planet to experience physical life and if you master it all at once you will miss out on some wonderful experiences! Tiny steps towards more awareness will help you to get clearer about what you want, and empower you to try out new behaviors and learn to love the divine in you.

Very good advice from these two ladies. I want to add that I will say out loud some affirmation that what I want will come. If there is a situation that doesn't look good, I say out loud that it will work out. I say the positive affirmation every time the negative thought crosses my mind. I do this even if I don't know how it will work out. I just keep saying it over and over that it will work out until I start feeling better about it. Another thing to do is sing songs (even if you have to make your own songs). If you want to prosper, sing a song that you are rich. If it's love you want, sing some love songs (those you don't have to make your own. There's tons of them out there).
