Lost Job today. Yet feeling so positive about future

dear Chris,

it's a bliss to be here and to experience the powerful and faithful exchanges between conscious human beings, since you KNOW peacefully, certainly, with drive and determination, what is right for you, what you deserve, what is meaningful to YOU at this present moment, not before, or not in the future but NOW. Since you know it for good for yourself, since you know this will help people in their lives, then keep up, Go for it, believe in it FEEL it LOUDLY in your entire body, be grateful for all what you already have, and.... receive !!!

Sometimes the universe works in ways we don't understand. I am thinking that you needed to lose this job in order to find your dream job that you are looking for. You probably wouldn't find it if you are working. Keep your eyes open this is just the first step towards finding your dream job.

What i am reminded of is the woman that did not make space for her ideal partner in her life so the partner could not come to her. Same deal is with us. If we dont have space for the new job, then it cannot come to us.
Thank you for you support and love. Today, i wrote a sticky note on my computer. "GREAT JOB Comes easily"
It will , I declare, I am going to act as if and i will believe.

Mathew, you make a good point. I remember the woman who made space in her closet and began sleeping on one side of the bed and not in the middle. Her new husband to be came into her life shortly thereafter.

i AM SORRY YOU "LOST" your job I am going to look at what you said. I have lost jobs before and the first time I lost a job was because I did something wrong and got fired. The second time I was laid off and the third time, I was fired. Each time it happened, I appealed and won.

The thing is when we lose something that is ours, the instinct is to go and find it. If you lost 36,000.00 in income per year or more, you would stop and immediately and go look for it.

I am currently working as a substitute teacher with meager pay. However I love what I am doing. But the reality is I am not making the salary that I lost on my regular jobs. So even though I appealed the dismissal of my employments, it affected me emotionally. My self esteem was critically affected. I felt not like I lost the job, but that the job was stolen from me. There is a difference. I felt raped to tell the truth. If you can understand what I am trying to get at.

I have never been physically raped or molested, but I can imagine what it may feel like to have your body abused. You don't want to go back there again.

The last real job I had was in 1990. I have been self employed for many years only because I did not want to feel physically abused. Not knowing if today I have a job or tomorrow will I have one.

OH I love this post.

That is how I feel, I choose to do something different for my 'work' job
and I don't want to do one more year of it, and part me says I could do one more year
cause it is the knowing of some money coming in

However, I don't really want to do that

So I am in this place of Fear,
One hand, If I quit, without a known backup, that makes me nervous, scared

It is only me, and I need money to pay bills, surrive, car and electricity and utilities and laundry soap to clean an outfit for an interview...
seriously, I need money

Or do I quit, creating an opportunity for the new
However, I choose to attract something better NOW, so I can quit in June, and feel confindent with my decission

My boss asked me today if I will stay one more year, and I flat out told her, I don't know...
( who does that, )

It is about trusting, I guess
however, I choose to know what i am doing after June, Now.

Chris,
For what it's worth, I got laid off from a job, because they were in financial trouble. I was not the first group to be let go, but the second to last group before they finally shut their doors for good. Now I have a much better job with better pay. Sending some good vibes that you will find a better job soon.

Sorry you lose the job. But you may be getting ready for something much better to come along. When I was fired for no good reason, I immediately found a good job that was more suited for me. The job I lost did not fit into my skill set or my personality. They told me I would be doing other things, but in essence, they lied to me. The job I got after that gave me the experiance I need to start my own business.
