Hi! I'm so happy to be here, and I totally believe I was meant to find this group. :) I'm working hard on letting my negative thoughts go, but my current situation is pretty stressful and I'm having trouble keeping the knot of fear (anxiety ) out of my stomach. I was hoping someone would have some suggestions. I'm meditating, playing subliminal affirmations, journaling, seeing an awesome therapist.....but I'm having trouble FEELING like what I want to manifest has already arrived. The feeling is mixed with urgency.....

It sounds like you are on the right path. Please don't be so hard on yourself. Feelings are very powerful and they may not necessarily change over night. Please try to not add onto the anxiety by putting more pressure on yourself to change your feelings. Just think, this too shall pass. Eventually what is troubling you will no longer be troubling you and you will be able to move onto manifest greater things.
