For months I thought "focusing on our intentions" meant actually holding our intention in our conscious awareness, but it really means just holding an intent in our awareness. Our conscious can only be aware of one thing at a time, but our subconscious can be aware of an infinite amount of things at once. So if we were consciously intend something just once, and never where to hold another thought that contradicted our intention, our intention would come into manifestation very quickly(or even when we intend to come to fruition). So that means all we have to do is be aware that every single thought we think is a creation, and start to replace our negative thoughts with positive ones whenever they come up. Some would call that changing beliefs seeing as how beliefs are just habitual ways of thinking.
