To Parents:
-You have provided your children an avenue into this life experience.
-You are not the creator of your children's experience.
-Your children have more powerful resources for their guidance and wisdom than you.
-You are not responsible for what your children create now that they are here.
-Your children have the resources within them for whatever they desire.
-Your children are Pure, Positive Energy Beings who have come here with great purpose.
-Your children were set into motion long before you gave birth to them.
-Your children have within them a Guidance System that is powerful and precise.
-Your greatest value to your children is to assist them in maintaining their Connection to their own Source Energy.
-You cannot assist your child in their Connection to Source Energy unless you yourself are Connected.
-It is not your work to control your children.
-Every struggle, bad feeling, disagreement, arugument, or crisis that you experience with your children happens while you are not connected to your Source Energy.
-Your alignment, your Connection with your own Source Energy, is more important than your relationship with your child-that is the control you are seeking.
-When you are mad at your children, you are not in alignment with who-you-really-are, but the discomfort you feel is your own doing.

My name is Jo Ann I have raised 2 fabulous sons and have a beautiful grand-daughter, and lovely in laws. I consider parenting to be the most important job on the planet and in our culture the least valued. This tool helped me so much I just want to share it here.
How many of you have found "The Virtues Project", or read "The Virtues Guide" this one is by a Canadian couple (Popov's) and transformed my parenting skills and changed so much more for all of us, it is such a blessing I just want to share the info, I can get their first book at my local library, if this can help just one person it will be good, Blessings to us all

Great day today, Fabulous Friday.
I wondered on to a site yesterday that is so
inspirational and helpful for parenting from source.
Check it out and let me know what you think.
He has so many amazing videos to view.
I am not selling anything just sharing something wonderful.

I don't have kids, but I am blessed to work with them,
I love my little class.
I spilled some little blocks, manipulatives, and with no asking or verbal prompts, the two children who were right by me, on their own started helping me pick up the little pieces. I was really touched by that, four year olds, I of course said thank you, and told them they were amazing people.

I have a student who is does not want to participate, and because I am not the boss of that, he has to comply
and I have tried so many different things, I don't know how to help him
I can't blame him for not wanting to conform, but he has to in this setting,
follow the rules... he is mostly a loner,

"The most important thing that you can teach your children is that Well-being abounds. And that Well-being is naturally flowing to them. And that if they will relax and reach for thoughts that feel good, and do their best to appreciate, then they will be less likely to keep the Well-being away, and more likely to allow it to flow into their experience. Teach them the art of allowing."

My amazing friend Louis suggested that I post this because, as he points out, it is sooo important for everyone. This came to me from an amazing parenting/life coach who has inspired me beyond measure. It was written by Scott Noelle, like me, a parenting life coach, and his audience is comprised of parents; however, this, as with all his writing, really speaks to everyone and anyone, regardless of age, station, or obligation. Here it is:

THE DAILY GROOVE ~ by Scott Noelle

:: You "Should" Follow Your Bliss! ::

Imagine a world with no shame and blame -- where
it's impossible to be "bad."

Imagine a world where people can stumble, make
mistakes, and sometimes even hurt each other, but
they are never deemed "wrong."

Errors are noticed, and course-corrections are made,
but blame and shame never enter the picture.

In this imaginary world, the word *should* is
obsolete. Think about it: the force behind any
"should" is almost always fear of being judged
(which includes self-judgment).

So, in our shame- and blame-free world, "should" has
no teeth, and you're free to follow your bliss.

Fortunately, the things that *really* matter to you --
like contributing to your children's well-being --
feel blissful when you do them, so you *want* to do
them. No "shoulding" is required.

Today, pretend your world is free of blame and
shame, so you have no reason ever to "should on
yourself." Start following your bliss and soon
you won't be pretending anymore.

Feel free to forward this message to your friends!
(Please include this paragraph and everything above.)
