What do YOU appreciate today?

Aloha Everyone!

Thanks for all your wonderful posts last week!

With the anniversary of 9-11 and the elections coming up
in the USA, it was really a great week for contrast, and
really practicing focus!

I don't know about you, but for me, all the contrast
really brought me to a place of Huge Appreciation!

I feel a flood of appreciation flow right through me when
I think about how much the entire world wanted to do
something to help people during 9-11,

I feel appreciation for my husband, friends, this community
..for so many things!
