I celebrate both!

Happy New Year and whatever else you may celebrate.

As I am getting ready for Christmas on this Christmas
eve, I thought about all the times my son and husband ask
me what I want, and I usually can not think of anything!

This year I gave it some real thought.

I give them gifts with so much joy!

I love to give!

But what about my own allowing?

And what about me allowing them the joy of giving to me?

Yikes! :-}

I can really see where giving and receiving and getting
joy and giving it are not separate events!

If I do not allow , I can not give!

If I do not give I can not allow, either!

So this season I have focused on both my giving and
receiving with joy!
