To live in the Now. That's the quick and short version. I would like to learn to enjoy just being myself and the life I have created more and more, without always looking to the horizon and waiting to become something else.

I have a passion for animals, having worked as a zookeeper for 10 years and then, for a little while, in an animal shelter. I also have a few animals of my own - a couple of rescued budgies and a very spoiled dog and cat. You can see some of the animals I have known and loved in my pictures, above. I also love to garden and be outdoors, so perhaps I should really say that I have a passion for *LIFE*
Below are some of the books I have read and enjoyed. I love to read and I especially love books that make me think and wonder. I mostly prefer non-fiction now, though in my youth I read only fiction (Tolkien was my first love, I took my first trip to England to put flowers on his grave,) and have even written some.
"For me there is only the traveling on the paths that have a heart, on any path that may have a heart. There I travel, and the only worthwhile challenge for me is to traverse its full length. And there I travel - looking, looking, breathlessly" ... Carlos Castaneda

'Think about any attachments that are depleting your emotional reserves. Consider letting them go." ~ Oprah Winfrey
"Worthiness, in very simple terms, means I have found a way to let the Energy reach me, the Energy that is natural, reach me. Worthiness, or unworthiness, is something that is pronounced upon you by you. You are the only one that can deem yourself worthy or unworthy. You are the only one who can love yourself into a state of allowing, or hate yourself in a state of disallowing. There is not something wrong with you, nor is there something wrong with one who is not loving you. You are all just, in the moment, practicing the art of not allowing, or the art of resisting." ~Abraham Hicks
"People are unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered. Love them anyway. If you do good, people may accuse you of selfish motives. Do good anyway. If you are successful, you may win false friends and true enemies. Succeed anyway. The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway. Honesty and transparency make you vulnerable. Be honest and transparent anyway. What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight. Build anyway. People who really want help may attack you if you help them. Help them anyway. Give the world the best you have and you may get hurt. Give the world your best anyway." -- Mother Teresa
"You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe deserve your love and affection." ~ Buddha
Without it; you leave yourself wanting!
"Love the life you live, and live the life you love"--Robert Nesta Marley

"You have brains in your head.
You have feet in your shoes.
You can steer yourself in any direction you choose.
You're on your own.
And you know what you know.
You are the guy who'll decide where to go."
"As soon as you trust yourself, you will know how to live."
~Johann Wolfgang von Goeth
You are divine by creation
but without this realization
you fall short in your expectation
leading you to poor manifestation.
So keep your focus on your destination. ~Dave Kenyon
My friend, let your heart sing; following your heart leads you along your pathway of joy!
Follow your heart wherever it goes; as the love flowing through you will lead you to grow; into your space in forever; right fitting and true; know you are needed; know you fit uniquely as if God's perfection was manifesting you; it is! ~Dave Kenyon
Taking on personal and universal responsibility is one of the keys to thriving during the ongoing shift.
"You must take personal responsibility. You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can change yourself. That is something you have charge of."
Becoming response-able is opening up to your true nature; co-creator and acting from your inner-strength and power to design and create a world of beauty, unconditional love, prosperity, abundance, peace, vibrant health and harmony with all you wish to be in mutually-beneficial relationship with. ~Dave Kenyon
"I believe that to meet the challenges of our times, human beings will have to develop a greater sense of universal responsibility. Each of us must learn to work not just for oneself, one's own family or nation, but for the benefit of all humankind. Universal responsibility is the key to human survival. It is the best foundation for world peace." ~Tenzin Gyatso, 14th Dalai Lama
Value your intentions as they are the gatekeepers to your life experience. Focus upon the values you hold sacred and love them into existance through focus, joy and gratitude while in the vortex. ~Dave Kenyon
Please consider, what are your intentions for:
and how do they make this a better place for you to live?
Embrace your intentions while showering them with feelings of worthiness; you are worthy of the very best life has to offer. ~Dave Kenyon
