Gary Craig's genius was to greatly simplify Roger Callahan's work. Then David Lake and Steve Wells made EFT much more user friendly when they created SET. No setups, no reminder phrases, can use finger tapping effectively, do daily tapping.

- This is awesome. Celebrate us two being in the fitness industry. May I ask? What attracted you to be a personal trainer? I am almost finished with my bachelor' in Social Work but felt compelled and drawn to being a fitness instructor. It was a seed that grew for a long time but now it is growing. I had a scary health experience where I almost met with non-physical dimension. I am glad to meet and know you. Marie
