Just the thing to beat depression I know from experience.
Don't worry about the delayed response. I am both an art dealer and corporate facilitator. I am now gravitating towards personal development and I am helping others facilitate personal growth and healing of the heart.
I feel that our society often does not honor our hearts and the enormous capacity for the expression of Divine love, compassion and joy. The greater expression of love and joy will break down the insular world of guilt and pain that surrounds the heart and divides the heart from the mind and spirit.

I praise you for your service to country. I imagine that you are a terrific cook. I have been gettting lots of cooking tips from the food network on TV.
I use to have a fine arts gallery in Beacon, NY and now it is a virtual gallery. I will reopen a new gallery soon in another location. I am waiting for the economy to pick up again. I am glad to hear that you love the arts, and you express yourself creatively through the arts.
