I say them out loud in the car. Honestly I could care less who hears me or sees me --- My son and I say them together sometimes and he includes his---He's eleven. If womeone asks what I'm doing it gives me the opportunity to even more clearly proc...
I do--- I have a notebook I keep in my purse and in the car with my affirmations. I have a vision board in my art studio down stairs with my affirmations--- I did stop for awhile but recently started again.
