Hello it’s me again spreading the LOA. I wanted to stop over at your page this time and tell you about something my wife and I have been trying out for some time. We have been doing a raw food diet that has helped us lose weight and really gain some good energy back into our lives. Why would I want to share this with you well to be frank I find it amazing how good I feel after having a smoothie my wife made up. She found this recipe for a green smoothie that is just amazing.


Ingredients:


• 4 cups spinach
• 1 cup bananas
• 2 whole figs
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1 cup soy milk


Directions:


Place all ingredients into a blender in the following order: spinach, banana , ice cubes, soy milk, and spinach. Blend to a smooth consistency. Pour into glass and serve!


Sure smoothies may sound like some thing for only women, but this was more less like wow that’s good so I’m sharing it. You will like it trust me it’s well worth it. Plus you will feel great and feeling great not only on the outside, but the inside well you help you get your daily LOA in order.

What I get from this is that you can think positive about anything and it will come to you rather it be money, love, life happiness what ever your heart desires can be yours as long as you stay focused and stay positive!


I'm going to be honest here I was not always a positive person, but once I started to learn more about the Law Of Attraction and putting it into practice it started to change my life and now I am happily married with kids, we are able to work from home full time with our kids and we truly enjoy not missing the early years of our toddler.


Sure some may not understand what it takes to be successful nor understand where to start or know what to look for in their life, but as long as you think it and stay positive it will happen and you will have the power to do what ever you want in your life.

I saw that on another discussion you wanted to change your Mexican heritage to be full white. Well I want to change my genetics also…I’m serious about it, and I have been wanting to do so for years.

I used pictures of Sophie Okonedo to visualise and generally tried to imagine my hair going back to the way it used to, but straighter and smoother. It seems to be working well so far. In my post Trish mentioned a supplement that makes hair grow faster, perhaps it is worth a try?
