I find a LOT of pennies, and often times bigger change around the complex I work in, and especially in the vacant units.
I decided that I would pick up that change and save it.
It is understood at work that all the change is mine.
If a drawer is to be emptied and it has change, nobody empties it before I collect the change. Yes, they laugh at me while I collect it but oh well.
I want to see how much I can collect in a year.
I remember my Mom being very intimidated by pumping her own gas. I can recall her asking random men for help with it and stating "I'm just a girl."
