Wonderful message! I sort of feel like that ant right now. I have huge ambitions and sometimes wonder about them, but in the end I know I will carry that fly across regardless! I bet that ant and his buddies are enjoying that snack now.
Today, I was lying on the grass, enjoying the sun
reading an article on commitment.
I happen to glance down and see weird looking bug scurrying through the grass.
A closer look reveals an ant carrying a dead fly.

Creating space for new experiences
I am recalling the memory of the day my mother died,
Events over the last few days have brought up residue from the experience nearly 4 years ago.
It is not painful, luckily i had received a lot of help through that time period but loss in general still brings up some stuff for me.
I remember getting a phone call from my brother-19 at the time-who had stayed home from work because mom was sicker then usual. I was no longer living at home but i had stayed over because i was going to make her lu… Continue
