Hello it’s me again spreading the LOA. I wanted to stop over at your page this time and tell you about something my wife and I have been trying out for some time. We have been doing a raw food diet that has helped us lose weight and really gain some good energy back into our lives. Why would I want to share this with you well to be frank I find it amazing how good I feel after having a smoothie my wife made up. She found this recipe for a green smoothie that is just amazing.


Ingredients:


• 4 cups spinach
• 1 cup bananas
• 2 whole figs
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1 cup soy milk


Directions:


Place all ingredients into a blender in the following order: spinach, banana , ice cubes, soy milk, and spinach. Blend to a smooth consistency. Pour into glass and serve!


Sure smoothies may sound like some thing for only women, but this was more less like wow that’s good so I’m sharing it. You will like it trust me it’s well worth it. Plus you will feel great and feeling great not only on the outside, but the inside well you help you get your daily LOA in order.

What I get from this is that you can think positive about anything and it will come to you rather it be money, love, life happiness what ever your heart desires can be yours as long as you stay focused and stay positive!


I'm going to be honest here I was not always a positive person, but once I started to learn more about the Law Of Attraction and putting it into practice it started to change my life and now I am happily married with kids, we are able to work from home full time with our kids and we truly enjoy not missing the early years of our toddler.


Sure some may not understand what it takes to be successful nor understand where to start or know what to look for in their life, but as long as you think it and stay positive it will happen and you will have the power to do what ever you want in your life.

Ive just recentlly discovered i was an indigo adult it all makes sense now, i was so drawn to you when i read about your disorder i had to join immediately.I need to shorten this so here goes 3yrs ago i had a dream about the immune system n food, id been ill, fatigued and depressed at the time having 5mnths off work doctors couldnt find anything, then wham its like everything came at once, food, cleaning your colon, candida albicans, inflammation the list goes i couldnt write it down or research it all quick enough. It was like someone took my hand to guide me in the right direction.I dont want to waffle on so i just want you to know my message from god. its the food we are eating so simple its hard to believe but for some reason the world likes to complicate things. From one indigo to another listen now to your innerself. Dairy n Wheat are the main culprits i find, i found the best thing to do was keep a diary of the things you eat and how you felt after eating them,look up candida albicans,inflammation and cleaning your colon as a start you will carry on from there im sure. Y ou see i dont just feel peoples energy i also feel their disorders i felt yours then seen it around n in your eyes when looking at your picture. Doctors find it to easy so they complicate it. All you have to do is try it. at 27 doctors said i had arthritis in my right knee and left hip i refused to except this n discovered it was the dairy so no more athritis, simple. Also usally the food you eat a lot of n have cravings for are the culprits.
