A lot of "health" products on the market today are bunk. You don't live to be 130 drinking fruit juice thats been boiled and preserved with sodium benzoate. Mixing sodium benzoate with ascorbic acid (cheap vitamin c) forms benzene, a know carcinogen.

This raises some concerns about a lot of "health" products.

Also, most products contain magnesium staerate. Thats part of the scum ring that forms in your bathtub. When used as a filler in the manufacture of tablets and capsules, the source of this ingredient is typically bovine (dead cow, usually unhealthy ones also). Although there is an increasing number of vegetarian options in which the product specifically indicates it contains magnesium stearate from vegetable sources. But i ask, why at all?

If you take 12 pills a day, and each pill has 20mg of magnesium staerate, thats 240mg of MS a day. Thats 1680mg a week!

Also most products contain 'Silicon Dioxide' aka BEACH SAND! Insane.
