The Truth About HypnosisIn order to teach you how to
master THESE kinds of secret
hypnotic techniques from the
comfort of your home,
10 of the top hypnotists in the world

They had to teach you how to
do it ALL quickly, easily (and
legally), and they would have to
be able to show you in private...

The Truth About HypnosisHere's how they were picked:
1. They had to have the most powerful,
fool-proof, rock-solid methods in the world...
2. They had to know how to do such

some people actually fear them...
3. They have to be able to teach you
to have a comparable effect on people
...fast.

Setting and achieving goals is about something more profound than
creating change. It's about managing change, and putting your future
completely in your control.
Print out the "Goals Brainstorming" worksheet.
Download it here, Get comfortable.
You've got some thinking to do.
So, what future do you want?
If your life could be anything you wanted it to be, what would it be
right now?
Where would you live?
Who would your friends be? What kind of people would you like
to spend your time with?
How would you spend your time, if you could be doing anything
at all that you wanted?
What would you eat? Wear? Listen to?
Would you work? If so, what would you do? If not, what would
you do?
What do you want to learn? To know? To be?
Where would you like to vacation? What would you do?
What else would be a part of your perfect life?
Start writing. Write down the answers to every one of those questions.
Be complete. List everything you'd like to have in your life. Don't
assign money values, or think about cash in the bank right now. That's
for later.
While you're writing these things down, add anything else that you
would really like to make a part of your life. Don't skimp.
You can have anything you want. Make a list of all the things you
want.
Now if you are having trouble with this I suggest you trick your subconscious with my friend Victoria Gallagher's
Achieve_Goals Course. Sounds Crazy But remember
Yes, You Can Have Anything You Want.

10 Ways to Empower Your Communication
The
Blarney Stone is a historical stone, or actually part of the
Blarney Castle in
Ireland where it was believed that kissing the stone can grant you the gift of gab. Yeah, it seems strange in this day and age, but who are we to question tradition? It's not like I'm saying that
Santa Claus doesn't exist (OOPS!).
There is so much to know about conversation that anyone, even I, could ever realize. You can go though watching talk shows; radio programs; clubs dedicated to
public speaking; ordinary conversations; certain rules still apply when it comes to interaction through words. It may sound tedious, I know, but even though it's your mouth that's doing the work, your brain works twice as hard to churn out a lot of things you know. So what better way to start learning to be an effective communication is to know the very person closest to you: yourself.
1. What you know.Education is all about learning the basics, but to be an effective speaker is to practice what you've learned. My stint as guest at every
Toastmasters' meeting I go to taught me that we all have our limitations, but that doesn't mean we can't learn to keep up and share what we know.
2. Listening. It's just as important as asking questions. Sometimes listening to the sound of our own voice can teach us to be a little bit confident with ourselves and to say the things we believe in with conviction.
3. HumilityWe all make mistakes, and sometimes we tend to slur our words, stutter, and probably mispronounce certain words even though we know what it means, but rarely use it only to impress listeners. So in a group, don't be afraid to ask if you're saying the right word properly and if they're unsure about it then make a joke out of it. I promise you it'll make everyone laugh and you can get away with it as well.
4. Eye ContactThere's a lot to say when it comes to directing your attention to your audience with an eye-catching gaze. It's important that you keep your focus when talking to a large group in a meeting or a gathering, even though he or she may be gorgeous.
5. Kidding aroundA little bit of humor can do wonders to lift the tension, or worse boredom when making your speech. That way, you'll get the attention of the majority of the crowd and they'll feel that you're just as approachable, and as human to those who listen.
6. Be like the rest of themInteraction is all about mingling with other people. You'll get a lot of ideas, as well as knowing what people make them as they are.
7. Me, Myself, and IAdmit it, there are times you sing to yourself in the shower. I know I do! Listening to the sound of your own voice while you practice your speech in front of a mirror can help correct the stress areas of your pitch. And while you're at it you can spruce up as well.
8. With a smileA smile says it all much like
eye contact. There's no point on grimacing or frowning in a meeting or a gathering, unless it's a wake. You can better express what you're saying when you smile.
9. A Role ModelThere must be at least one or two people in your life you have listened to when they're at a public gathering or maybe at church. Sure they read their lines, but taking a mental note of how they emphasize what they say can help you once you take center stage.
10. PreparationMake the best out of preparation rather than just scribbling notes and often in a hurried panic. Some people like to write things down on
index cards, while other resort to being a little more silly as they look at their notes written on the palm of their hand (not for clammy hands, please). Just be comfortable with what you know since you enjoy your work.
And that about wraps it up. These suggestions are rather amateurish in edgewise, but I've learned to empower myself when it comes to public or private
speaking and it never hurts to be with people to listen how they make conversations and meetings far more enjoyable as well as educational.

Not everyone believes this but the emotional and mental aspects of a person, when combined, leads to better self improvement.
Emotions love to dominate our actions and reactions, even though we do not want it to happen sometimes. The society often see emotions as a sign of weakness, so people are used to putting them aside and focusing on the rational aspects more and more.
No matter how strict and logical you may be, you will always feel. One way or another, someone or something will get through you.
Positive emotions are a lifelong goal for many of us concerned about emotional health and self improvement. What is more important; the amount of money you made during your life or the times you laughed out of sheer joy?
People tend to put their positive emotions behind their negative feelings. This is one of the biggest problems that people come across during their lives.
There is no clear way to ignore a negative experience and try to replace it with a positive one. Life just does not work that way.
For example, when you were a child, if your goldfish dies, you would be heartbroken. Your parents will probably buy you another goldfish but the sorrow is still there.
Things get even more complex when you become an adult. A fight with your spouse the night before will affect your entire day. You will go to work angry, tired, and your mind will wander. On the way home from work you will not notice the sun shining and you would not be tempted to stop at a roadside stand to pick up some fresh fruits and vegetables.
All this because that one negative thought has contaminated the way you perceive the reality around you.
In this moment you will realize finding a safe place to relax your mind will do wonders for your emotional and mental improvement.
That place is relatively easy to find. It can be an actual place or an imaginary location. The best idea is to totally lose yourself in it.
Let us say you have a problem on your mind and it just would not go away. Go bowling. Do not know how? Just give it a shot.
Get caught up in the game. Your mind will drift away from the negative thoughts that dominated your last hours or days and start processing a whole new kind of information.
A safe haven can take many forms. It can be a song, a movie, even a person or animal. The main thing is allow yourself to get completely involved with this new activity.
You might still get flashes of the problem every now and then. Ignore it and get even more absorbed in what you are doing.
When the bowling game, the song, or the movie ends you will abruptly return to reality. You will probably want to retreat back to the safe place. Do not do it.
The safe place exists only as a helping hand, not as a solution to your life's problems, may it be a small or big. It serves only as an escape route.
You will return from your safe zone with an increased energy level. You will feel better about yourself and gain more confidence. You will see that any issue can be resolved.
This is how a small escape from a harsh reality can increase your emotional and mental health. Try to do this often and you are on your way to better self improvement.

New
research finds that
aerobic activity may keep the brain young as scientists discover physically active elderly people showed healthier cerebral
blood vessels.
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine investigators will publish their findings July 9 in the American Journal of Neuroradiology.
Researchers led by Elizabeth Bullitt, M.D., Van L. Weatherspoon Distinguished Professor of neurosurgery, used non-invasive magnetic resonance (MR) angiography to examine the number and shape of blood vessels in the brains of physically active elderly people, 7 men and 7 women, ages 60 to 80.
The study subjects were equally divided into 2 groups. The high activity group reported participating in an aerobic activity for a minimum of 180 minutes per week for the past 10 consecutive years, and the low activity group told investigators they had no history of regular exercise and currently spent less than 90 minutes a week in any physical activity. (The researchers did not know into which group participants were placed.)
This is the first study to compare brain images of elderly subjects who exercise with those that do not.
Aerobically active subjects exhibited more small-diameter vessels with less tortuosity, or twisting, than the less active group, exhibiting a vessel pattern similar to younger adults.
The authors, who were sponsored in part by the National Institutes of Health’s National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering, identified significant differences in the left and right middle cerebral artery regions confirmed by more than one statistical analysis.
The brain’s blood vessels naturally narrow and become more tortuous with advancing age, but the study showed the cerebrovascular patterns of active patients appeared “younger” than those of relatively inactive subjects. The brains of these less active patients had increased tortuosity produced by vessel elongation and wider expansion curves.
The pilot study lays the foundation for future research to determine whether aerobic activity improves anatomy, if older patients with “younger” brains are more likely to engage in physical activity, and whether elderly adults who begin a program of aerobic activity can reverse the cerebrovascular, anatomic and functional changes associated with advancing age.

I am relatively new to computers and internet but am beginning to "see" the wonderful possibilities of them like the links to people and information. I came reluctantly to this technology because my eyesight is not good ....but then I discovered the world of audio online and that really opened my world, what I cannot easily read now I can listen too and that is SOO enjoyable for me. I see that you have audio books and mp3 stuff ...so I will "look" into that later.
love and light Gen
