Sometimes we do affirmations, visualize and listen to inspirational CD's and lift out spirits a bit. We feel like good things are happening. Then we have a challenge and we slip and we tailspin into a horrible mood. Our negativity resurfaces and we feel like all this stuff doesn't work and it's all hopeless. Sound familiar?
