The 3 seconds no thought challenge is supposed to be doable for everyone. Yes, it's a no brainer. It's supposed to be the start. It is actually a 3 seconds - 78 hrs.no thought challenge (continuously). This is the goal. For everyone to know that they can actually live thought free. In my site, there is actually someone living thought-free everyday.
For clarification, i have to give you a clear definition of thinking...
What is thinking?
Thinking is when a ‘picture/memory/conversation’ come up in your mind which you did not direct, meaning – it spontaneously popped up in your mind, ‘connected to an event outside of you as a reaction’ and then you ‘followed it’ and you ‘wander around in your mind’ and manifest reactions within you.
When you’re here – ‘looking at something within you’, which you directed for you by you – this is you communicating with you – but if it was something that just suddenly ‘came into your mind with absolutely no relevance to you in the moment as the moment’ ‘running inside your mind, one thought following another to which you react’ = this is thinking.

During the day, while working etc. when there are thoughts coming in, what we do is to do self-forgiveness for that thought (be it judgment, anger, fear etc.) and start the challenge again in a new unit of time.
