Passing down the LOA to my son
My son and I had a particularly challenging day with my Mom who is mentally ill. It is hard on my son because he is a teenager and has SO many hormones and feelings rushing around his body - so anything emotional seems worse times ten!

My amazing son. We spent the morning laughing and walking our biggest and youngest dog along the DC waterfront. He is so unique and lovely and brings a joy to my heart that is irreplaceable.

I dropped a pants size!
So just last night I wrote a tiny blog about how the gym has been such a wonderful place for me lately.
Well this morning I woke up and decided to try on a pair of pants I bought that were a size too small! TOTALLY FIT!!!!!!!
I am wearing the cutest size 10 pants and LOVING it!
Happiness and positive energy are the only explanation!

A Positive Change
I have officially embraced going to the gym. I am thrilled. It has been 4-5 weeks and I am going at the least 3 times a week - lifting weights, cardio and then relaxing in the steam room and showering in the spa-like showers!
What a luxory! I know it is good for me and all that but it is such a treat to focus on my body and mind for 2 hours uninterrupted!
OH and I am starting to see arm muscles!!! GASP!
