Hubby bought me a diary back from Egypt and also I bought myself one so I decided to use one for a gratitude one and one for a manifestation one. Actually, it was after my first manifestation (Jan 01 2008) that I decided to record manifestations too. In my manifestation one I wrote: "Favourite (UK/NZ/Australian spelling) Manifestations Of The Day." I wrote down say if I got a great parking space that day or a gift or even if someone complimented me. And I would sometimes go to work and think OK remember I'm collecting nice things to write here. With the gratitude journal I would only write about that day what I was grateful about for that day so I wasn't repeating myself and getting bored! E.g. "Thank you for fine weather today so the kids in my class could go outside." Sure sometimes I would skip a day or a couple and then catch up later. Sometimes I'd read to my husband the bits I wrote about him! Or something "bad" had happened and he said "Are you going to write that down?" and I'd say "Oh no I can't write anything "bad" (negative) in this book." This year I am going to try to add to the journals. I have two new ones for 2009. This year I have a gratitude journal but I draw a line across the middle (horizontally) and one the bottom half write the positive aspects of something I might be struggling with. This is an Abraham Hicks process. But I have it in the same book as my gratitude journal cos two books is ENOUGH! Methinx. In the manifestations journal I also draw a line and on the second half of that I write "I am so happy and grateful now that.." and write something I want to manifest. I will let you know how that went at the end of 2009! I started writing my gratitudes and manifestations of the day on here too but didn't keep it up - last year. This year who knows!
