Insight Incites Change

You know...I lost it without hardly trying( but over two years)...I just started acting thin? I saw myself as thin. I would picture a weight on the scales and in a couple of weeks I would be it.
I'm a 7 now...from a size 22.
And as I said...looking now to be stronger and add muscle.
I use a thing called the TRX and good ol fashioned calisthenics.
Machines are usually too large for me to use effectively.

So yeah...a fairly simple story.
Maybe a tad disappointing in it's lack of process?
