I am THANKFUL that I no longer embrace some of my earlier childhood beliefs such as:

Wideyed said… - Yeah thanks, i hear what your saying. I eat mostly organic foods and take a few supplements but i'm not trying to obsess about it as i know it is more about attitude. I do notice my body has certain reactions to processed foods but i'm not sure if the reaction is due to my subconscious belief that the food is bad for me. Would u say this is the case? If so, is the remedy to be more connected to source?
