So, it's been a while (read: years) since I've written about how things have been going. So, here's a brief synopsis:
-Continued working learned processes and trained on more equipment and learned further processes
-Missed the deadline for a promotion application and made a conscious, concerted effort to reinvent myself at work
-Was selected for a temporary leadership role and gained the respect of my management team
-Learned the rest of the equipment used at my…Continue

"When you immerse your attention
into the peace that is the essence
of this moment,
you find that it is limitless.
It is completely formless
and that formless peace
goes on forever.
The emptiness is so vast
so intoxicating, so fulfilling,
there is no end to exploring it.
I call it peace
but the peace is…

Inventing Your Faceless Partner
It is a common story to hear that someone has met a person that they feel would be the perfect partner for them, but then they realize they aren’t a good match at all. Most people don't know this about me, but long before I achieved success as an online Law of Attraction specialist, I failed over and over and over in my life - for ten years in a row.
In fact, I failed so much and made so many stupid mistakes that I lost nearly everything:
- My friends
- My health
- My boyfriend
- My confidence
- My pride

5 ways that you can turn any stress into positive energy
Let’s start by identifying what stress is. A definition that I came across recently explained stress as, an interpretation of an event or circumstance that is understood to be a threat.
As you can imagine stress can be a lot like a rubber band. You can stretch yourself to meet the needs of your current environment and the day to day demands and expectations on you. Unfortunately, we can only stretch so much before we get…Continue

The old saying was something along the lines of "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!"
Well what if you truly understood that life doesn't give you anything and that life doesn't happen to you? Then you could skip right to the lemonade - seeing as you are the creator and can get straight to the point if you put your mind to it!
We often take the circuitous route though don't we? When you perceive the events in your life as having been put in motion by your vibrations and…Continue

Available until my calendar is full!
At the end of the year, I fell ill with what started out as a nasty head cold, turned into the flu, and ended as a sinus infection--which took me out of action for most of two months. Just like many of you, when I can't work,I lose money and fall behind--and that is where I am now.
So, the angels have given me a way to fill my calendar up,helping me in a way that also helps you;

does not become an object
separate from you
until you define it.
In order to not define it,
you simply remain in awareness.
You do not allow your attention
to leave awareness
to become fixated on thinking;
rather, attention remains resting
in itself as consciousness.
When you remain in…

1. Abandon the out-of-date idea that love is something that just happens to you.
All the new science tells us that romantic love is no longer a mystery. It makes perfect sense. You can learn its laws. You have more control over this riot of emotion than you think! What you understand, you can shape. The first step is to decide to learn about love and the new science of bonding.
2. Every day, try openly reaching out to someone and asking for…

It's been a while since I have been on here. Well here goes, I am 27 years old, and I am a college graduate with my degree in Journalism, and I work as a security guard. I do freelance reporting on the side, but I volunteer, and I don't get paid. That sums up my life. I just work, come home, and do my freelance reporting. That's all!
At a time where I feel like I should be happy because I got my degree last year, I am not. After I graduated, some things happened with my family that…Continue
How far can you stretch your Love muscles? It's easy to love the people we want in our lives, but how about those we don't. How about the co-worker who grates on your last nerve, or the loud relative who is always criticizing everything, or the guy who flipped you the bird in traffic? How about thieves, murderers and rapists? What about terrorists and power-hungry despots and victimizers?
How far did you get before you just couldn't abide by the thought of sending love to…Continue

We’ve all read the books about how to craft the perfect goal. We write our goals down, we make them specific, seemingly reachable, we attach deadlines and benchmarks to them, we perform periodic reviews and we work diligently toward our goals and yet, too often, our goals feel hard – even impossible – to reach. New Year Resolutions are a perfect example. We craft these wonderful seeming goals, get really excited, work diligently toward them for a few weeks and then we get this feeling of…Continue
