I'm pleased to be a member of the Powerful Intentions group. I've been a Reiki practitioner for roughly the last 18 years. In that time I've experienced some exceptionally powerful and transformational experiences, which continue daily. I've become more and more aware of the inner connectedness of all things and the seemingly improbable syncronicity of what might seem unrelated events.
The laws of attraction seem to be always at work and often create results which can be quite… Continue

Indigo Children and Indigo Adults
Indigo children are a set of children having certain special psychological and spiritual attributes. These children were first popularized in the book "Indigo Children" written by the husband and wife team, Lee Carroll and Jan Tober, with the contribution of medical doctors, psychologists and parents. The adjective "indigo" is used because it is claimed these children appear with an… Continue

Oh the sun is shining far too bright
For it to still be night
Oh the air feels so cold
So cold and old
How can it be light
Oh let's take a walk outside
See the world through each other's eyes
I wish I was your only one
I think you're beautiful but your hair is a mess
And your shoes are untied, but that's what I love best
And I, I… Continue

I'd like to thank Ann10 for her lovely comment and encouragement in my “Good Intentions” blog. I would also like to thank PaulaRecabarren for the following inspiration.
Topic: My Diary of Evidence: Taming the Doubt Demon
One of my major problems with the Laws of Attraction (LOA) is that I am still poisoned by doubt. I truly, madly, deeply, want to believe. I am almost there too. Let me give you a for instance: I believe that… Continue

It has happened to all of us. At one time or another you are soaring along in joy and happiness, riding high on the winds of life, en-joying the sensations of elation and joy and well-being. Soaring in the breathtaking experience of happiness and contentment, and then....Whoosh!
The tradewinds of joy are gone...and you feel as though you have been dropped into a parched landscape filled with broken dreams and heartbreak and your next breath takes sheer effort to inhale. Ever happen to… Continue

Beauty becomes me
In the mystery of my soul
I hunger for what is not
Touched with the human hand
The mystical revelation
The shaman’s song
We all long for
In this dance of intimacy
The many parts that make the whole
Encompassing the heart
In the palm of my hand
I reach the… Continue

We all need food for our soul, something that speaks to us, sustains us, pulls us through, inspires us, comforts us. There are many things that can be. It is different for everyone. What feeds your soul? Make a list and let it inspire you to do things that feed your soul everyday.
Here is a delicious homemade whole wheat bread recipe my husband and I make. Cooking or baking can feed your soul. Put love into your food when you are… Continue

I know I have more serious, pressing issues to think about...
I know the world needs a good, swift kick in the butt right now...
but all I can think about, all I'm concerned with, is the Flyers beating the Canadiens and winning Game 5 and the serious....
Ahhhh....there's my cork floating again....there's that bliss I'm supposed to be following....

As my first post suggests, I've had quite a ride in business. Some fifteen years ago, inspired by the words "Create Your Own Reality" from the mouth of Abe's predecessor Seth, I charted out a pretty ambitious vision. I have yet to finish the story started in my first blog post, suffice it to say, I became pretty successful in business and then lost it all. In hindsight, the whole story is a good casestudy of LOA strategy and the pitfalls of not paying attention.
Now I'm on an upward… Continue

First off, thank you for the restful sleep. It was a treat to sleep in for a change. LOL even though I woke up at 7AM .. that's still 30 mins more than I get during the week!
Thank you for my wonderful mother. Thank you for Chloe, my dog. Thank you for their continued health and well being.
Now I'm sort of thinking out loud since that is what a blog is for.. I'm finding that I have some opposing thoughts and feelings throughout the day. I find myself annoyed… Continue

Today, I am extremely grateful to hear the sounds in the house. My daughter and her friends are running around, screaming, laughing, playing, dancing, singing... I am deeply grateful that my daughter came into my life and that she made it much deeper and richer than it ever was before. I am grateful to see the process of a human being growing up unfold in front of my eyes. I am grateful for what I can offer to her and her friends and for the unconditional love she is offering me.

This is going to be a very exciting day. I will be doing a demonstration on "How to Do an Introductory Training Session" this morning at 10:30am. I know that it will go very well. We have several people that want to learn how to be personal trainers. We definitely need more trainers and this is the perfect way to recruit more. Several people have made comments to me that, the people I train will just take what I teach them and go on and start businessess of their own. My comment has always… Continue

Have you ever woken up, taken a deep breath and feel deep inside that it's going to be a great day? That's how I feel right now. I woke up feeling so grateful and not for any one specific reason. I feel this great sense of joy and love. Such a refreshing feeling for sure! :) Thank you.

I forgive you for giving someone you've known for 5 months what you couldn't give me in all of five years
For not being in love with me anymore
for not reflecting my worth back to me
for not hiding your indifference to me well enough
for not being "him"
for being a drain on my time and mental energy
for not making me a part of your life anymore
for excluding me, which I realize is my deepest emotional fear
for making it so hard for me to trust… Continue

Tonight I would like to talk about my intentions
. I have 5 major personal
intentions that I am intending every moment of my life. I have several non-personal intentions as well. I am kind of shy about one
intention, so I am going to just call him my Husband. I am not married yet, nor have we met (I think), but I know what his name is, and who he is. I want to leave it at that on that topic.
Intention 1: I AM so happy and grateful that I am a successful… Continue

One of the most important steps in our growth process is taking responsibility for the events that occur in our lives. There comes a point in each of our lives where we have to stop blaming the people, places and events of our past. Yes, the events of our past got us "where we are" but they do not have to define "who we are going to be". That is not said to minimize the effects of the past, it is said as a reminder that if we want to move forward, we MUST be forward thinking. The past is… Continue

What's in forever
but a string of moments
blindly stuck together by glue.
The remains of the horse
Deliverer of your knight
in shining armor.
The uncompleted puzzle
of a single color
with a shape bearing
an unpronounceable name
and no straight edges.
Cast off bridle and stirrup
riding headlong towards
the jagged precipice
Suck the marrow
from the moment
to the feast of lust and… Continue
