This is going to be a very Interesting day. I have 8 training sessions, but that won't be a problem at all. I'm feeling Exceptionaly well and am looking forward to a most Terrific day. My bodyweight is down to 185. I can live with that. I will eat clean for the rest of the day and see what happens by Friday.
