My initial order arrived yesterday (we’ll call that Day ½). I was expecting it and watched the FedEx package tracker all morning while at work until I saw that it had been delivered. I raced home, grabbed the box and brought it back to work to open. It turned out to be a partial shipment, but there was enough to get me going with the daily routine I had planned out for myself:

When we think of a smile, we think it's something
that shows on the outside of our face. Yet, that is
only ONE type of smile.
An outer smile is a good thing, we're told - but even
more powerful than an outer smile is an INNER smile -
and even more powerful than that is a smile that
permeates your energy field.
You've probably seen someone smile - perhaps a
politician is the ultimate example - and you say to
yourself, "That's… Continue

Like so many things that have happened in my life over the past year, the story of my introduction to ForeverGreen is just crazy-wonderfully serendipitous.
Let me introduce myself by saying that I am a very nutritionally-oriented and savvy person, always have been. More than once I gave serious consideration to becoming certified in Holistic Nutrition, but I let Life get in the way every time.
I worked on the periphery of the field as a diet counselor, as we were called… Continue

This is going to be a very exciting day. I have 8 training sessions, so that won't be a problem at all. I'm feeling exceptionally well and am looking forward to a most Terrific day. The aerobic class last night was FULL. Everyone was having a good time and the energy level was at an all time high. The temperature is a little cool this morning and that's alright with me. We got a little rain this morning, but I'm hoping that we don't get more this afternoon. I have the roofers coming over to… Continue

A little introduction on how I begain to know about The Secret...
After a long big story.... I landed on a project with a private production house working on a children programme.
I am grateful and feeling very lucky because I just graduated from make up school and within 2 months, I am working on this project. Hours are long but not too busy. I am able to relax whenever the shoot started.
It was this one day, one of the host, showed me this clip on Oprah show… Continue

Oh, this little thing?
Yep, keeping it as my wish journal.
I intend to put all - every - etc - desire down in here. Just to keep a hard copy, and to keep track.

Changing my mind set to attraction is a little difficult. I can visualize what I want but I am not as able to feel the attraction. I find that I am stopping a lot during the day to change the direction of my thoughts. The concept of deserving all good things that life has to offer is very hard. I have spent so may years feeling unworthy and now I see the results.
I have started stopping several times a day for gratitude and meditation on what I want to attract.

I am so very grateful that I live in a country where I can do, be and have anything I want. I have instant access to all the information I can ever use. I have the opportunity to do anything I feel like. All my needs are well taken care of and there is nothing I need that I don't already have. I am actually having a hard time coming up with things that I want. What to focus my desires on just so I can play with the Law of Attraction!.
My body is in good shape. I diet and exercise and… Continue

Just a few minutes ago, Shannon called from the gym to offer me some Saturday afternoon work. I was so pleased. It was just a couple of weeks ago that I had been to see her and let her know that I was looking for something to help me complete my Elite Personal Training course.
In between has been the FILEX convention with lots of input about teaching in fitness-related areas. It gave me heaps of material.
Now I am busy tackling assignments and wondering about my job… Continue

Chasing success is like trying to squeeze a handful of water. The tighter you squeeze, the less water you get. When you chase it, your life becomes the chase, and you become a victim of always wanting more.
If you refuse to change your job (if you don't like it), the only sensible thing you can do is practice loving it every day.
Enjoy everything that happens in your life, but never make your happiness or success dependent on an attachment to any person, place, or… Continue

As spring is upon us, and I am driving through wine country, I can see the workers preparing the vineyards for the upcoming summer and harvest in the fall. Looking at those fields, I was thinking about the Law of Attraction.
In the vineyard you can plant two different plants; one, the grapes, the other a poisonous plant like Belladonna in the same field. As the summer progresses, both the grapes and the Belladonna will grow. They will reach… Continue

MY TAPESTRY OF INTERNET WRITING
There are now several hundred thousand readers engaged in parts of my internet tapestry, my literary product, my creation, my immense pile of words across the internet--and hundreds of people with whom I correspond on occasion as a result. This amazing technical facility, the world wide web, has made this literary success possible. If my writing had been left in the hands of the traditional hard cover publishers, where it had been without success when… Continue

Have you ever wondered why some people seem to get rich easily, while others seem destined for a life of financial struggle?
Do you think that the difference is found in their education, intelligence, skills, timing, or their choice of career, businesses, or investments?
The surprising answer is: None of the above!
In reality, your level of wealth has everything to do with your "financial blueprint." You can learn about this blueprint, and permanently change it… Continue

What a busy week it has been!
From Thursday to Sunday the FILEX convention was on at Darling Harbour in Sydney. It was lots of fun and a great learning experience. There were lots of volunteers this time, all really keen to pitch in and help out. Volunteering is a great way to meet people and enjoy the convention.
I stayed next to Hyde Park in a room on the fifth floor of a hotel on Wentworth Street, near Oxford Street and Liverpool Street. It was a lovely walk down… Continue
