When people can’t sleep at night, they blame a number of things: that cup of coffee they drank an hour before bed, the sugar cookies on the break room table, the noisy cat outside, etc. However, what they don’t realize is the design of their bedroom and how they use it during the day can have a big impact on their quality of sleep.
Use bed for two things

I've done a lot of reviews for alternative health products for the past few years, and it was only recently that I came across a product called Pure Reiki Healing.
Now, admittedly, I had no clue as to what Reiki was, so I set aside some time to look into the subject.
What I discovered was that Reiki is an ancient art of healing, originating from a Japanese Buddhist monk named Mikao Usui.
He had been…Continue

How to Manifest Money
by Steve Pavlina
I’ve written a lot about the Law of Attraction already, but in this article I’m going to focus specifically on the how-to aspects of manifesting money.
The most important aspect of manifesting money is to approach it from the right heartset. Think of your heartset as the overall vibe of your relationship to the activity of…

The simplest way to deal with negative people is to refuse to play by their rules. If you remain hopelessly upbeat around them, and refuse to dwell on the negative aspects of life, you’ll find that they will quickly come round to your way of thinking – or instinctively spend less time around you.
Both are probably good…Continue

"It is helpful to recognize
that the one infinite consciousness
is looking through your eyes;
is aware of this moment
through and as your form.
If you really look,
you will see it is not
'your consciousness" that is looking.
It is consciousness itself.

Lanes on the road of life are arranged from best to worst, or top to bottom. We are always in a lane and they are constantly changing. When we are in a good lane, all the lanes surrounding us are also good, so we feel like we are in the “flow.” On the flip side, if we are in a bad lane, we jump from one unfortunate event to the next and feel like we have “bad luck.” How do the lanes switch on us? This is a heavily discussed topic, but the gist of it is that positive thinking moves us…Continue

I had a large tank of love and it lasted as long as 20 years. During this time alot of withdrawals have taken place, betrayals of all kind. Cheating, lying, and overall failure in business activity. Because of the love that I had for this person, I was able to forgive and continued on the journey hoping that somehow my love tank would be topped-up along the way with a kind gesture, renewed commitment or perhaps a simply demonstration of love. As this was never done and too many…Continue

"Try and feel this moment.
Not emotionally, not mentally,
but through sensation.
That does not mean
feeling your bum on the chair
because that is thinking.
You are thinking
'my bum on the chair'
and that thinking
is getting in the way
of actually feeling this moment.
So close your eyes, relax

Do you ever sit around and wonder why you took a particular job, or why you went to school to study a program you didn’t end up pursuing, we sometimes sit around critically evaluating our lives, and wonder why we took certain routes in life, and what was their purpose. These routes rarely seem to be significant in our lives. Often, we view these past experiences as “waste of time” because they didn’t seem to provide us within anything…
