The equinoxes and solstices are 'season cross-over' times:
the Spring/Vernal Equinox (about March 21)
the Summer Solstice (about June 21)
the Autumnal Equinox (about September 22)
and the Winter Solstice (about December 22)
On the day that a new season begins, make a wish after the official 'cross-over' time, while crossing your fingers. The closer to the exact time, the better the chance of your wish coming true.

Do you remember that first spark of hope you felt when you watched The Secret? I clearly remember the desire that filled my heart, knowing that – Yes, I can make my dreams come true – FINALLY!
But how many of you soon saw that hope dwindle into frustration? How many of you (and be honest now) started muttering things like:
- “It seems to work for other people, but I just can’t get it right.”
- “I’m frustrated that sometimes I can get it to work, but sometimes I… Continue

This is going to be a very Exciting day. I have 9 training sessions, but that won't be a problem at all. I'm feeling Incredibly well and am looking forward to a most Terrific day. The aerobic class last night was Super. I had to teach the whole class by myself because Elaine was still not up to par, but I surprised myself. I had more than enough energy and the class went very smoothly. I am now thinking about putting together a routine that incorporates aerobics, step, light weights, ab, butt,… Continue

Yesterday, I realized I needed to slow down. I've been trying to today, and still feel very overwhelmed. I tell myself to let it go. Be positive. Work hard. Be proactive (no procrastination). I think I felt overwhelmed because I went into the day unorganized (no plan of action). That is my goal for tonight. To plan my day for tomorrow, so when I wake up, I will have a plan of action, and have a map of how I will progress through my day without… Continue

Daily OM: Most of us feel a little crazy from time to time. Periods of high stress can make us feel like we’re losing it, as can being surrounded by people whose values are very different from our own. Losing a significant relationship and moving into a new life situation are other events that can cause us to feel off kilter. Circumstances like these recur in our lives, and they naturally affect our mental stability. The symptoms of our…

I was watching an episode of Two and a Half Men the other night, when the kid was still small and cute. Charlie and Alan sat him down and asked him if he remembered when they told him that she should always tell the truth. The little boy nodded yes, then, they told him that it wasn't necessarily true, and he should lie to his mother about the events that took place at the house that weekend because the truth would only hurt her feelings. hmmmmm.… Continue

The Law of Attraction is ancient law that was known only to a select few. Then the hit movie "The Secret" came out to revealed it to the world. The word spread and 'The Law of Attraction' and 'The Secret' became household words.
But then time passed and more and more people were complaining that The Law Of Attraction didn't work. Many went so far as to say "The Secret" was simply a scam designed to separate gullible people from their hard-earned cash.
But what many people… Continue

Thanks, for dropping in on my blog! :O)
Today, I'm so proud of myself about a nice "little" win!
You see, quite a few years ago I started sending Reader's Digest "filler material," as it's called in the publishing field. The idea is that when an article isn't long enough to reach the bottom of the page, rather than leave it blank, editors post tiny pieces. You know: little known facts, jokes, riddles,… Continue

Peanut Butter Wonders And Success

June is busting out all over! (Poor June ... has she tried weight watchers I wonder?)
In this last week I had the good fortune to be reminded of the amazing teachings of Abraham, channelled by Esther Hicks. Without doubt, to me, one of the best chanellers on the planet. If you are unfamiliar with her works, PLEASE look into it. It will serve… Continue

Mark and I had a heckuva good time on our recent trip to Washington, D.C., for an annual convention we attended for his work. I hadn't been in that town since I marched in protest of the Vietnam War in 1970. Our Quaker college in Indiana had bused us to the Capitol, where we encountered thousands upon thousands of other young people jostling for a spot somewhere amongst the cherry trees and statues. I had hoped to do a little sight-seeing on that trip, but the tear gas got in my… Continue
