Beauty becomes me
In the mystery of my soul
I hunger for what is not
Touched with the human hand
The mystical revelation
The shaman’s song
We all long for
In this dance of intimacy
The many parts that make the whole
Encompassing the heart
In the palm of my hand
I reach the… Continue

We all need food for our soul, something that speaks to us, sustains us, pulls us through, inspires us, comforts us. There are many things that can be. It is different for everyone. What feeds your soul? Make a list and let it inspire you to do things that feed your soul everyday.
Here is a delicious homemade whole wheat bread recipe my husband and I make. Cooking or baking can feed your soul. Put love into your food when you are… Continue

I know I have more serious, pressing issues to think about...
I know the world needs a good, swift kick in the butt right now...
but all I can think about, all I'm concerned with, is the Flyers beating the Canadiens and winning Game 5 and the serious....
Ahhhh....there's my cork floating again....there's that bliss I'm supposed to be following....

I wish that everything between myself and the man I love will work itself out, and we'll work it out, and get back together, Within 2 Months.

As my first post suggests, I've had quite a ride in business. Some fifteen years ago, inspired by the words "Create Your Own Reality" from the mouth of Abe's predecessor Seth, I charted out a pretty ambitious vision. I have yet to finish the story started in my first blog post, suffice it to say, I became pretty successful in business and then lost it all. In hindsight, the whole story is a good casestudy of LOA strategy and the pitfalls of not paying attention.
Now I'm on an upward… Continue

First off, thank you for the restful sleep. It was a treat to sleep in for a change. LOL even though I woke up at 7AM .. that's still 30 mins more than I get during the week!
Thank you for my wonderful mother. Thank you for Chloe, my dog. Thank you for their continued health and well being.
Now I'm sort of thinking out loud since that is what a blog is for.. I'm finding that I have some opposing thoughts and feelings throughout the day. I find myself annoyed… Continue

Today, I am extremely grateful to hear the sounds in the house. My daughter and her friends are running around, screaming, laughing, playing, dancing, singing... I am deeply grateful that my daughter came into my life and that she made it much deeper and richer than it ever was before. I am grateful to see the process of a human being growing up unfold in front of my eyes. I am grateful for what I can offer to her and her friends and for the unconditional love she is offering me.

This is going to be a very exciting day. I will be doing a demonstration on "How to Do an Introductory Training Session" this morning at 10:30am. I know that it will go very well. We have several people that want to learn how to be personal trainers. We definitely need more trainers and this is the perfect way to recruit more. Several people have made comments to me that, the people I train will just take what I teach them and go on and start businessess of their own. My comment has always… Continue

Have you ever woken up, taken a deep breath and feel deep inside that it's going to be a great day? That's how I feel right now. I woke up feeling so grateful and not for any one specific reason. I feel this great sense of joy and love. Such a refreshing feeling for sure! :) Thank you.

I forgive you for giving someone you've known for 5 months what you couldn't give me in all of five years
For not being in love with me anymore
for not reflecting my worth back to me
for not hiding your indifference to me well enough
for not being "him"
for being a drain on my time and mental energy
for not making me a part of your life anymore
for excluding me, which I realize is my deepest emotional fear
for making it so hard for me to trust… Continue

Tonight I would like to talk about my intentions
. I have 5 major personal
intentions that I am intending every moment of my life. I have several non-personal intentions as well. I am kind of shy about one
intention, so I am going to just call him my Husband. I am not married yet, nor have we met (I think), but I know what his name is, and who he is. I want to leave it at that on that topic.
Intention 1: I AM so happy and grateful that I am a successful… Continue

One of the most important steps in our growth process is taking responsibility for the events that occur in our lives. There comes a point in each of our lives where we have to stop blaming the people, places and events of our past. Yes, the events of our past got us "where we are" but they do not have to define "who we are going to be". That is not said to minimize the effects of the past, it is said as a reminder that if we want to move forward, we MUST be forward thinking. The past is… Continue

What's in forever
but a string of moments
blindly stuck together by glue.
The remains of the horse
Deliverer of your knight
in shining armor.
The uncompleted puzzle
of a single color
with a shape bearing
an unpronounceable name
and no straight edges.
Cast off bridle and stirrup
riding headlong towards
the jagged precipice
Suck the marrow
from the moment
to the feast of lust and… Continue

They said that I could never be
My best image of myself
I knew I could because I had
Reserves on my inner shelf
The said that I would never rise
Above the station where I was born
I knew that I was not stuck there
For the sun it rose each morn
They said that I should always try
To recognize my place
I knew that I was purpose born
To be special in this space
They said that maybe I should quit
As my fate was surely… Continue

I dug up this excerpt from " Abe" the other day and it really was an answer to an asking I have
Not that I had not read it before , and I totally understood it the first time.
It's just that many people including myself seem to be asking and I KNOW this really is the answer.
Try it yourself and you will feel a feeling of relief if you allow it.
I only take it as far as I need to go to feel better, and no… Continue

Thank you for the beautiful morning.. the rain made the grass and budding leaves ever so green!!
Thank you for the rare surprise... seeing a blue heron, in flight, on my way to work this morning.. I wondered if the car behind me saw the beauty, too.. so graceful was that heron even though it has such a gangly and awkward body.. it's grace was humbling...
Thank you for the laughter at work today. How different this Friday was from the last Friday. I know last… Continue

Family and Early Years
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was born to Leopold and Anna Maria Pertl Mozart in Getreidegasse 9 in Salzburg, the capital of the sovereign Archbishopric of Salzburg, in what is now Austria, then part of the Holy Roman Empire. His only sibling who survived past birth was his sister Maria Anna (1751-1829), called "Nannerl". Wolfgang was baptized the day after his birth at St. Rupert's Cathedral. The… Continue

I replied to a comment earlier today in regards to why people fail at attracting what they want- So, I thought that I should post it in a BLOG to share with everyone who is interested in reading this lesson.

I think much failure has to do with living from ego instead of spirit. We have been programmed for so long to live from ego, that living from spirit has become something we have to remind ourselves to do… Continue

There are times I feel so glad that I found this community and feel a strong connection to it. But there are times that I really don't understand a lot of the things that others post about. I read it and it's like a foreign language to me.
I finally understand that just wishing something does not bring the things you want in your life. You have to take action for your wishes to unfold before you. But it's difficult when I am faced with so many challenges to make the things I want… Continue
