"The unruly mind
is the main obstacle
Scattering your attention
and imprisoning you
in a rollercoaster of emotions
and mental uppheaval.
It is what keeps you from
experiencing your natural state
of peace and bliss.
Here are 4 methods
to go beyond the mind.
The first is to focus the mind.
By focusing on a single technique
like watching your breath
or repeating a mantra.
The second is to…

What exactly is this "law of attraction"? Well, some people say it's a theory... and some people say it's a law that is as precise as the law of gravity.
I'll presume if you belong to this site, you belong to the latter group :-)
Let's explore the idea that we are vibrational beings. Every thought we have sends out a specific vibration which attracts…Continue

My mind was churning this morning, and I found that focusing on the breath was difficult to do. I noticed that initially, my breathing became deeper and more dramatic as I focused on it, while as my awareness changed to a calmer state, my breathing became softer. My breath was gentle and persistent, but barely noticeable at times.
As a side note, my itchy sensations have been greatly reduced. Hooray!

Though I have several intentions in the works for things I'd like to experience, over the past few months I've been feeling a pull toward rejuvenating my spiritual well-being. Sometimes my commitment to this aspect of myself wanes a bit, but lately I have felt a renewed interest in exploring certain paths, particularly the Buddhist path. I remember that my initial discovery of LoA several years ago propagated within me a renewed curiosity about Eastern mysticism, plus a new openness to other…Continue

This morning I meditated by sitting and observing the physical senations I felt. The first thing I noticed when I sat down was that I had a strange pain in my side. I focused on the pain, and amazingly it subsided. Next I tried focusing on my headache. Focusing on it caused a bizarre tingling. The pain was still there, but it felt lighter, somehow, as if I was drawing it out of my head and as it came close…Continue

Sometimes a situation cannot heal until you release the challenge completely, so that healing light can enter it. Do not focus on what went wrong, focus on what went right and what is the gift within the situation and know that it is time to let it go. Visualize… Continue

I'm working with the Sedona Method audio program one track at a time. This is not the first time I've been through this 10 CD program. When I went through it previously, I worked with an entire CD at a time. Now, with my work schedule being the way that it is, I have time to work with only one track at a time. Also, it's been some months since the last time I…Continue
