Interesting story, my martial arts instructor, a huge believer in The Secret and the Law of Attraction, was looking for a commercial space to teach his classes. For many years he had been renting space at different community centers, or other people martial art studios. He knew in his mind exactlty what he needed and had a list of requirements such as having a sitting area by the entrance for guests, a changing area in the back, clean working… Continue

Is the love that I have for myself. No one can ever change, deny or take that away.
I am starting to realize the truth behind this, after living my life in a way that had me living for other people's love of me. This type of living was not very conducive to the person that I know that I am, or the life that I can live.
The bliss that I am only now starting to experience is ethereal.
I am finally starting to blossom. I can feel it.

"I am in the process of discovering how to release fear because I am love, and I am feeling better every day. I open myself to vibrations that bring me joy and peace. My body is responding to these vibrations and my cells are rejuvenating

"To be or not to be, that is the question." - William Shakespeare
That is also the choice and the power we have as human beings. To be or not to be!
I have always liked to hear it when others say that we are human beings, not human doings. I just saw Deepak Chopra utter those words in a television commercial. It gives me a chuckle but it is so true. Otherwise we would be called human doings.
Often, we get so… Continue

Someone in one of the few Yahoo E-Groups I belong to expressed some loss of faith and trying but not being able to manifest the experiences for herself that she wanted. Her words seemed to beg for some information, some trick, some new knowledge that might help her turn things around. I recommended the Secret because all of the things she shared tended to be addressed in that film. She replied that she'd seen the film a year ago.
That reply made me realize a great deal of things.… Continue

Do you often wonder where your day has gone? Does your "To Do" list frequently have as many or MORE items on it at the end of the day than it did at the start? Do you feel overwhelmed and stress is becoming a familiar companion? If this sounds like you recently, putting some time management techniques to use should help alleviate the load.
Where to begin? First, start by examining all of the components of your life and determine how important it… Continue

What i have notice in the cooking course if that they add sugar in most food they cook. It greatly improve the meal you are about to serve. I don't know if many of you do that but i would say this is something i have to make a note to myself "use sugar in food".
Have a great day everyone!

From my book: "Nasty Little Girl"
"I don't really believe Anne meant to hurt my feelings, I think she just didn't think about my feelings at all. I was shall we say hyper-sexual at a very young age, which is what happens when a small child is molested.
It was a very hot summer day and I was 7 at the time. We were in the yard with the neighborhood children having a water fight and I was the favorite target that day. I came… Continue

Daily OM: When our next best course of action seems unclear, any dilemmas we face can appear insurmountable. Yet there is nothing we cannot overcome with time, persistence, focused thought, help, and faith. Whatever the situation or problem, there is always a solution. And if you remember to look within, even as you search around you for the “right” course of action, you will be able to center yourself, clear your mind, and see that nothing has to be impossible.
The first step in… Continue

You make a difference by being different.
Many network marketing businesses and entrepreneurs claim they have designed "the ultimate system" for your success. Their ads repeatedly tout the idea that financial independence can be yours, if you just don't really get involved. They tell you not to create anything, simply plug in to their proven system. While this is appealing to many people looking to 'make money while they sleep' or 'get rich quick with little or no effort',… Continue

So what are you feeling now? Take a few moments to think about how you feel. If you're not feeling as good as you'd like to, focus on feeling your feelings inside and purposefully lift them. As you focus intensely on your feelings, with the intention to lift yourself, you can powerfully elevate them. One way is to close your eyes (shutting out distractions), focus on your feelings inside, and smile for one minute

This is going to be a very exciting day. I have 3 training sessions and half the aerobic to teach. I'm feeling incredibly well and am looking forward to a Fantastic day. Because I don't have too many clients today, I will be able to take care of the reconciling of the checkbook. I'm almost done and should be finished by the end of the morning. Now, that's going to be very exciting. Once I get everything up to date, I'm not going to let it get away from me again. I've cleaned up my desk and have… Continue

Guess I've been out of the loop for a while. Decided I should write something... anything again. I recently started graduate school at CSULA. So far it's been pretty slow but I expect it to move a little faster soon, I mean it's only been 2 weeks since school started. One of my closest friend's, Chrissy is there (the last time we were in school together was in high school) which is pretty cool. Someone to hang out with at an unfamiliar school during lunch.
Recent events have been a… Continue

I have a really great friend who is experiencing a difficult period right now. Her husband, of some 40 plus years, is seriously ill with a lung infection
causing him to stay hooked up to oxygen continuously. The doctor's have no exact diagnosis for her, they are being vague about his condition, mainly because it is unknown how this lung infection got so radically out of control. The… Continue

You don't have to be a Josh Groban fan, just have a good time watching a talented performer go through an all-too-weird history of TV. And yes ladies and gentlemen, I have paid money to see this man perform live. :)

Living A Life Of Grace
Grace exists inside of all of us and around us. It is our inner beauty
that radiates outward, touching everyone we meet. It is that unseen hand
that comes from the divine, raising us up when we most need it. To be
able to live in a state of grace is not based on worthiness, nor is it
earned through good deeds, ritual, or sacrifice. Rather it is an
unearned favor,… Continue

Becoming Whole Again The Process of Grieving
When we experience any kind of devastating loss, whether it is the loss
of a loved one, a dream, or a relationship, feelings may arise within us
that are overwhelming or difficult to cope with. This sense of grief can
also come up when we are separated from anyone or anything we have
welcomed into our lives. And while it may feel like we are caught up in
a never-ending… Continue
