The other week I came across a website called: ehow.com and it was nice, full of simple to more complex writtngs.
I decided to try and write my first online article. The subject is one of two efforts I have worked on, for years.
Self Education and Brainstorming (tapping into Divine Mind).
It was difficult to do actually. It was almost uncompleted. But I kept my notebook with me and wrote out ideas that I thought would be critical to educating ones self in any… Continue

When you are ready to "Let Go and Let God," getting out of the driver's seat, giving up and Surrender, you will grow into a new pattern of being, then your old thoughts and ways of doing breaks down allowing the new one to begin to form in your mind, hear and personality.
Many of us get "stuck" at this point. We take this personally and start to waste our time analyzing what went wrong and what we are doing wrong. Why are we blocked? We… Continue
I love a cliche as much as the next person, but depicting "witches" in pointy hats is really not my style. If there's any respect to be given, I feel Halloween's a time to reflect upon what those who see spirituality in nature (traditional religions & folkways) have given the world. Some of that spirit is even captured by scientists, such as the late Carl Sagan.
I see the green grass, and the message is grow;
I feel the warmth of the morning sun,
and the message is I love you warmly;
the waves show me to persist;
the rocks teach me to be unmovable in my purpose;
the wind tells of powerful unseen forces;
the birds call to me fly;
I am awakening,
I am beginning to understand.
I hope you enjoy this moment,

Beloved and holy and only Child of our heavenly Father, Child of the one Source, Child of Light, divine. That is who you are. Take it deeply within the consciousness and contemplate what that means. I am the one known as Jeshua ben Joseph, Jesus you have called me, and it is in great joy that I come to abide with you this evening in your timing as you have chosen once again to call me forth.
One of the keys that I have found helps me immensely during periods of change, is the ability to surrender to what is, no matter how unsettling it may feel. I simply allow the situation to become part of the greater plan. I remain flexible and shift gears if necessary, perhaps revaluating my immediate goals and how I am going to achieve them.
I have also come to realize that a new level of flexibility is required each time I make a decision to grow. Once change has begun, it triggers… Continue

A fresh attitude starts to happen when we look to see that yesterday was yesterday, and now it is gone; today is today and now it is new. It is like that - every hour, every minute is changing. If we stop observing change, then we stop seeing everything as new.
~ Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche
The Buddah taught that there are three principal characteristics of human existence: impermanance, egolessness, and suffering or dissatisfaction.… Continue

You are a warrior when you have the bravery to face who you are, without fear, embarassment, or denial.
I came across this article in the Shambhala Sun. A wonderful explantion of what it means to be a warrior.
"Many people try to find a spiritual path where they do not have to face themselves, but where they can still liberate themselves. In truth, that is impossible. We have to see our gut, our real shit, our most… Continue

Compared to the excitements of the day-to-day, outer world, some people would liken spiritual joy to an inner peace.
According to physics, there are two types of excitement. One type increases activity, such as increasing the volume of a sound. The other type - the one we are referring to here - raises the frequency.
Spiritual excitement is the experience of a higher… Continue
