This is going to be a very exciting day. I have 4 or 5 training sessions, so that won't be a problem at all. I'm feeling exceptionally well and am looking forward to a most Wonderful day. My bodyweight is holding at 197. I can live with that. I will eat clean for the rest of the day and over the weekend. I am going to get to my goal weight of 175 in the next four or five months.
I will be doing an "intro" at 6:00am. this morning. I know she will sign on for the 36 sessions. This sale is… Continue

I freely admit to the fact that I am a passionate persion. I can't help it - it's just the way I am.
I look around the world and see that it has become an ugly, ugly place - but it didn't begin like that. It was first created with Love from Divine Inspiration.
Since I am NOT allowed to physically shoot the 'people' that currently allow 2 week old baby seals to be 'legally culled' then I have to find a passive way to defend them........
I support the following… Continue

I want to thank all the new people who have joined me, and have friended me. I am going to try and get in here as often as I can, but that can be tricky. I am a busy body, and I am trying to make time for the world and myself. So I hope to post here at least once a week or more.
I want to blog about how The Secret made me a believer. First off, my life is going great now. I feel good. I feel alive. I feel, period. Months ago I was in some bad shape, money was hard to hold onto and I… Continue

This post at one of my many internet blogs, the forums I post at, the message boards, the threads, a host of interactive discussions on literally thousands of sites, my website that has been on the internet for the last seven years, 2001-2008—are each and all part of a tapestry of poetry and prose that I have created across the internet. This literary creation by this self-employed individual, this retired teacher and lecturer who is now 64, attempts to endow various themes and a wide range of… Continue

Cut out the middle man, let becoming be gone-- Be here now, take it on.
"So long as the mind wishes, desires, and practices in order to be in a state in which there is love, surely it denies that state”
"It is only the new that can transform, not the old. If you pursue a particular pattern of the old, any change is modified continuity of the old.”

Well, well, well. Looks like today is the day to spill a little bit of me into MY PAGE... which I'm grateful to have-- a page just for ME! And everyone can have one? Woah, good going PI! I've been an PI-observer for a long time now; gathering little tidbits here and there.
I am on a WICKED AWESOME spiritual journey. I've had an outrageous stroke of luck in the last little while. I've won a flight to Australia with one of my best friends. I've finished my third year undergraduate… Continue

Well, one of my pets has a new home. A very good friend of mine took my black lab Shadow and now he has a place with room to run and even another dog in the house. She showed me pictures today and he's doing great. Still trying to find a home for my cat to avoid taking her to the Humane Society.
I am about to move from Detroit to Las Vegas. Tomorrow will be my last day at a job at which I have worked for nearly 11 years. I'm a little nervous to say the least, but I know that it's… Continue

I feel so grateful for all my friends today! 2 of my roomates are moving out, and that made me sad, but at the same time it makes me realise how close we've become and all the good memories we created throughout the year. Today we planned a full day of moving the stuff, now were done and were going shopping and going out to have some fun tonight. I know that we only started to create our memories, and when they come back after the summer, even we won't live together anymore, we will still have… Continue

Many people have asked about the war in Iraq and how we can most effectively disengage; remove ourselves from the struggle that’s going on now. How do you see that?
Get out. It says it would be in chaos, it is in chaos now. And there is an arrogance of thinking that these peoples could not speak to one another, or to engage so that there can be different states. There are three distinct communities, we see here, that should be allowed each governed. And then to have their common… Continue

Daily OM: The season spring has long been used as a metaphor for unpredictability, with its transitional energy shifting from cold one day to hot the next. Wind and rain are hallmarks of spring, and they leave us feeling shaken up and unsettled as they sweep away the debris of past seasons, clearing the way for new growth. Rainbows follow on the heels of rainstorms, and the sun emerges, coaxing tight buds to finally soften and blossom forth into the world. With the arrival of summer, things… Continue

When I woke this morning I remembered it is May 1st. May Day. May...a blessing word. I was inspired to send out a blessing to everyone. Blessings usually begin with the word 'may'. The wish in my heart that I am inspired to send is this: Love yourself. That's it. Simple. To-the-point. But, profoundly powerful. Why? Well...do you? Can you look at yourself, in the mirror, and say I love you? Do you love yourself, as you are, no if's and's or… Continue

My intention is to believe in the Good that is. In this world right now there is so much around to support the fear and I sometimes have to work very hard in resisting going there. I know that fear generally stems from control..wanting to control the outcome so that I can feel safe. I realize the fallacy of this. I very much strive to focus on my goals and intentions rather than going to the "what if that doesn't happen, what if this...ect."
I give thanks for the incredible Medical… Continue

I think the ability to laugh about religion, races and anything under sky is a good thing. Come on think about it,
if say you were a christian, and i make the most insulting christian joke you ever heard, and we were laughing about it, you know how many wars and money we could have save.
I love comedy and espeacialy stand up comedy. These comedians always choose an ethic group, or politicians, or religion, music or anything and they spin to make a joke out of it. And we LAUGH,… Continue

In the past few days I have feeling a shift in my feelings. I have started reading books related with positiveness. I read Spiritual marketing by Joe Vitale, Science of getting rich by Wallace, read interview of Bob Proctor, A new Earth by E. Tolley. I have been practising some of the principles told in those books.
yesterday morning as I got up unknowingly I started thanking God for all the good things that has happened to me and the things around me. I was so happy through out the day.… Continue
