Concentrating your focus on your sleep habits could help to prevent cancer, believe it or not! It has been known for years that how well you sleep may drastically alter the stability of hormones in the human body. Shifts from balanced hormones can disturb your sleep/wake cycle, also referred to as the circadian rhythm. An altered circadian rhythm may affect how cancer progresses through shifts in hormones like melatonin, which the brain manufactures during sleep.

Many have commented that the former New York Governor, Eliot Spitzer - aka “Mr. Clean” - who resigned after his involvement with a high priced call girl became public last month, is ironic.
That’s not irony.
That’s law of attraction.
Apparently Mr. Spitzer had a reputation for high ethics and was known as “Mr. Morality.” Just a few years ago he took part in an investigation of a New York City escort service that led to the arrest of 18 people on charges of… Continue

Theo, more than 25 years ago, you began talking about the Law of Attraction. There’s a book out called the Secret that talks about this and of course Jerry and Esther Hicks work with Abraham which you assisted in opening them up to. I want you to talk more about being fully soul integrated and how that can assist us in attracting what we desire in our lives.
When one is fully soul integrated then one does not have blockages to the abundance that they seek on whatever level it… Continue

The last few days have been great here for waves.
There is a wonderful beach by me just a stroll away called Keawakapu Beach.
It is in Wailea and has a surfing spot called sidewalks.
Been going down there these last few evenings with Mack and taking pictures of him surfing and also whale watching, till the sunsets.
I have wanted to do more video and so I am learning, here is a little video I made.
It's fun and fast to watch and I WILL get… Continue

Theo, what is enlightenment and can we achieve it in this lifetime and how do we do that?
Yes, there are many enlightened beings upon this planet that have integrated on a soul level and have peace in their hearts. For enlightenment means a lightness of being, an awareness of self acceptance and self love, a non-judgment of others. Of living presence, being in the moment of their experience and knowing that the experiences or the challenges or the circumstance do not define them, it… Continue

I have had problems with my teeth and gums all my life and have already lost several of my teeth. Because I wanted to continue eating, I decided to undergo some pretty major dental surgery, to prepare myself for dental implants later.
You see, I suffer from bone loss as a result of my gum problems and there isn’t enough bone in my mouth to put any implants. So, the first step is a bone graft. Yes, they attach bone (artificial, human or cow) to your jaw and hope it grows together with… Continue

I have been looking for the best ways to achieve financial abundance for some time now. I appreciate all that I have already, but I KNOW that there is a LOT more money out there with my name on it. It's just a matter of me finding my way to it. I have dabbled in various different business opportunities, and have been to enough seminars that I have lost count.
I have been seeking people who are successful who can teach me how to get rich. So far, one particular area of business keeps… Continue

On the Feel Good Cruise to Hawai'i, back in January 07 I was introduced to the Abraham-Hicks new metaphore of putting your boat in the stream and letting go of the oars.
We should think of life and the Universe as a moving river. And no matter where we are, put our boats into the stream. It doesn't matter how you are feeling right now, put your boat into the stream. And DROP THE OARS. In other words, stop fighting the current. Trust the stream to take you to your desires as long as… Continue

Hello, all you amazing and wonderful people. I am so excited to be here.
I'm new, so I'm really just feeling my way around here. So consider this an experiment, by me, tee hee.
Here is an old post I did, partly inspired by our friend Wayne.
The Law of Attraction and Ex-Hippi
I was at one of my LOA group meetings last night, enjoying some stimulating conversation when something occurred to me. Many of the followers of the Law Of… Continue

Life gets a little stressfull, but you just gotta remember what feels like a big deal, usually is nothing worth worrying about. We tend to lose focus of what is really important in life. We get our priorities all screwed up and mixed with other peoples opinions about where we should be and what we should be doing.
We need to remember that we are all here on an individual mission, meant just for us. We all have different purposes and paths to walk in life, and it is very misleading… Continue

New Year's Eve, December 31, 2009
The big news of the year was President Obama’s Election, the near meltdown of the U.S. economy, resultant government bailouts and major health insurance reform legislation, minus a public option. Towards the end of this year the… Continue

Are you a smoker? If so, then you have an idea of what a scary idea it is to consider giving up the nasty weed.
I smoked for 35 years and couldn't imagine what life would be like without my trusted friend, the cigarette. What would I do with my hands? How would I handle stress? Would I have to say good-bye to my smoking buddies forever?
These questions and worries were swirling around and around in my head for the few months it took me to make up my mind and then actually… Continue

I recently had my first mammogram. The experience took a lot longer than I expected. I spent a fair bit of time with the technicians, as they pulled and squeezed me, taking x-rays. But no big deal. I went on my merry way.
A couple of days later, I received a call from the hospital asking me to come in again. Apparently, they had found something and wanted to take some more pictures. I understand that this happens a lot to women at their first mammogram, so I wasn't worried. I went in… Continue
