DAY SEVEN
It started with my morning walk with Libi. As usual, she was stopping every few feet to sniff and poke and pee. I found myself getting annoyed but caught myself and flipped over into Easy World mode, telling myself, hey, this is HER walk (MY walk is longer with her in a backpack)! And why am I in such a rush? DAY SIX
I feel great, lots of energy, no hunger, no cravings, no shopping, no cooking….my kind of lifestyle!
My mother loves to cook, so I had her bake me some muffins using the Nature’s Mix. She added blueberries and walnuts and they are SO deeeeliciious! I just had one for lunch with ½ a bar.
