spend 80% of your time working on a solution only 20% defining the conflict
reframing is when you look at something seaminly negative from a different angle in order to change your mood. every problem is an opportunity and we all have them. What we prcieve as problems are really opportunities to grow. "out of my greatest dispare was to come the greatest gift" -rhonda in the secret. this seems to be a common theme. break throughs apparently come at what may be percieved as our "darkest hour".
ask these questions about any you may have conflict in order to (remframe) the situation. you can do it ! i believe in you.
look for the seed of opportunity. What we think of as problems are really our "big chance" to change and evolve.
