Is there something you are trying to eliminate with a "process" ?
This past week I felt a cold coming on.
I have been sick in years, so as I felt this cold
starting I went into "resisting" mode.
What did I do "wrong"?
What am I resisting?
Blah, blah, blah!
I began to weave a thing about it in my intentions.
I intended to feel healthy and good.
Looked good on paper but I realized I was focusing on
resisting my resistance to it!
I came across an Abraham-Hicks quote that was the perfect
" This Inclusion-Based Universe Extends to Doing
When your motivation for doing a process is to eliminate
something, you don't eliminate it.
You include it in a stronger way."
I decided to drop all thoughts of the cold and
And I did, for 3 days in a row!
And I now feel better than ever, and rather " murf" I
I know for me the BEST focus and process is to just focus
