I recently stumbled across the book The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. A very good book, that I highly recommend if you've never read it before. These videos are amazing! They simply make visualizing EASY and not to mention, fun and relaxing! These videos are great for watching once in the morning when you wake up and once more just before you go to bed. That ensures that you are visualizing your best life morning and night! The greatest thing about these videos is it makes visualization an enjoyable experience, so you actually want to take the time to visualize and relax!!!! It's like sending your brain to the spa! :) These videos have quite literally helped to change my life, I personally watch one everyday! And I do try to stay consistent with watching it in the morning and especially at night before bed. I love putting my thoughts on the right track before I go to sleep and the binaural beats actually help get me into a sleepy state.
