One of the most powerful techniques for manifesting what we want is the ability to increase mental focus upon the target of your desires. Mental focus can be easy when you know how to create and built it. However lack of focus is the key reason most people fail to manifest their desires. There is the passive of the awakened mind. This sort of focus requires that you keep your mind on your goals every day and all during the day so that your manifesting energy does not get wasted. In addition to this sort of mental focus there is allow the focus of the inner mind. This is the focus you give by increasing mental skills. This is by far the most precious manifesting skill. However its where most people fall short.
1.) Deep Breathing increases Mental Skill - You can increase your mental focus by bringing your focus to your inner breath. Often times you may be advised to follow your breathing in order to relax. Deep breathing has an additional bonus and that is it increases your manifesting and mental focus.
2.) Mindfulness Upon Details - How often do you slow down simply to observe what is going on around you? This is just a simple technique to bringing yourself into mental focus. Slowing down forces you to bring your mind into the present moment. This moment of awareness can be amplified by bringing all of your mind unto the thing that is in your present. This forces the mind to be aware. Focus is based on full awareness.
3.) Affirm Your Present - Not only do affirmations keep your mind in the present state to bring more focus to your desires it does allow you to affirm the present. By present I also mean the gift which you hope to manifest into your present reality.
