We create our own experiences and living in vibrational sync of the type of life we dream of starts first with letting go of negative thoughts. Knowing what you don’t want is the first step to knowing what you do want. However, the more you focus on the things you don’t want, the more you will get of just that – what you don’t want. If you’re main focus is having lack of something like money, love, friends, health and the lifestyle you dream of, the more you will get of the lack of something.
Begin first to focus on the type of life you envision by making a deliberate heartfelt intent of that life thriving with the abundance of your visions. After you have the focus of what you are wanting in life, make a confirming deliberate intention of it and then let it go. Don’t dwell on it or try to force it to happen. Let it be.
After letting it go, begin to allow your intentions to happen. Know without any doubts that it’s going to happen. Begin to feel like you are living the life you always dreamed of. Focus on those feelings of being happy, joyful and exuberant as if it has already happened in your life. Allow those feelings to flow through you.
From those feelings of allowance, begin to appreciate and be grateful for the reality of your deliberate intentions. Don’t go back to dwelling on the things you lack. Enjoy and have fun with your envisioned deliberate intention as if you already have it.
Once the negativity is cleared, you are focused on what you want in your life, you have made deliberate intentions, you allowed those deliberate intentions to be, and you are enjoying and appreciating life, you begin to take inspired action and move in the direction of your deliberate intentions.
