It's fall here in Rock Hill, South Carolina and a bit on the cold side lately, so last Thursday, a thought came to my mind about snakes coming out this time of year. It's not extremely cold, but you know, just getting there.
So I began to wander if snakes would still come out. I had seen my friend the day before, who had taken a picture a while back of a HUGE copperhead in the Taco Bell parking lot.
Those are poisonous and it's not common to see large copperheads in the city. Also most of them are small and I assume because they are killed off as soon as they are seen then they don't get really big.
But within less than an half an hour, sure enough, we were cleaning leaves from a lawn with the lawn mower, and sure enough it had ran over about a foot long copperhead.
So that was interesting, and the weather to me seemed a bit too cold for it to be out, but yeah, I manifested a snake.
