Money and me swings and roundabouts
I'm going to see if I can make this blog a daily thing or at least weekly. Been through a bumpy time as am between jobs, start one in January though. Towards improving my money mindset, I've been listening to Twenty Twenty's prosperity pack which I got before to help me relax about money. To a point it has helped. (It's based on lots of Neville Goddard quotes & stories) I still had times I felt freaked out of my mind but sometimes it has helped, hearing the quotes and applications.
I've listened to some money subliminals and also I really appreciate the applies on PI to my post, it DOES help.
I have noticed some changes.
Like at first it was sometimes being able to relax about the situation. Another thing that helps is sometimes I've used the extra time to work on some LOA and other things. But I goofed off a lot too.
Anyway so I started to find bits of money around just coins like a 5p coin on my desk, a penny on the street but this seemed to happen more than usual.
I got a job for yesterday. It's quite weird cos it's at my last longer job but a different class and just for the day.
Kinda felt taken aback at one stage when a soon to be ex-colleague found out I was leaving and asked something like "But have you enjoyed it here?"
And that question kinda startled me.
In some ways, yes, I have. I've enjoyed teaching subjects I don't get to teach much. But I found the class and workload really difficult. And I think to be honest at tiles I did lose sight of gratitude amongst all that frustration and stress.
I have been trying to build that back up and yes I am going to be re-doing The Magic. Haven't been yet but I have written a few gratitude lists just from a master one I wrote in July & August. I just find it easier that way.
Anyway I got work yesterday and I got work at another place for today. So I am definitely grateful, appreciative for that.
Before that, another thing I noticed is that a few times the landlord's wife made food & had enough left over for me so I got a few free meals, meaning I didn't have to spend as much money on food. So I took it as saying yes see I am provided for.
And on Monday I transferred £15 I was given from PayPal to my bank account - first time I've done that, I've usually used any PayPal money to buy products I want. So money there from someone & later that day I was sent another £15! So I manifested £30 cash on Monday without needing to do actual work work. I had to hustle a little bit but not much and it was a lovely and timely surprise.
About a couple of months ago, I did manifest two lots of money. One was a gift, the other was a tax return, but the biggest I've ever received so far.
I enjoyed spending some of the first lot. I'd thought before I got it about some things I would like to have and said to myself something like "Ok, when I next manifest some extra cash enough for that, I will get that." And I DID manifest money for some of those things!
To be honest, when I got the tax return I DID have this weird feeling like something would happen to make me need to use that money for survival and it happened.
On one hand that's frustrating as I had yummy plans for that money and for the rest of the gifted money too. And it's having to be my safety cushion. Not as fun as having basics met and having a surplus!
But I had fun spending some of the first lot and I got to spend a little bit of the second lot!
And I AM grateful for having that cushion.
