Thank you. Yes in yoga and meditation you are always exhorted to be aware of your thoughts. So much of the time we arent aware of our thoughts and subthoughts and sub-sub-thoughts, we end up emitting signals contradictory to what we want to achieve.

Thank you - I am reminded to keep awareness on my thoughts and change the negative and enhance the positive

Its unbelievable how much the secret picks up from the basic tenets of mystic hinduism and buddhism!

I am currently thinking how happy I am to be alive, so sucessful and so happy!

After reading the secret the one thing that really hit me and sank in so much that I never had to go back and reread this part was this..... What are you feeling now? It doesnt matter what i am doing but if I find myself getting angry about or at someone it just clicks or if I find i am generating negative thoughts it clicks and instantly I bring myself to a "happier place" .

I know one thing smiles are catchy and I try to pass them on as often as possible.

When I am driving is when I seem to here those words the most "What are you feeling" and then I change my facial expression to a smile and start to think and repeat all the things that I am so very thankful for.

This morning I have not been to happy with my husband, but after coming back and checking in with you all I feel so much better and I know what I need to do. Forgive and to be thankful for all the wonderful things I have, including my wonderful husband

YES! GRATITUDE and LOVE are amazing, HIGH LEVEL ENERGY and create more good. BE what you want to change! ; ) The external world reflects your thoughts and feelings on some level. LOA does not give You what You want. It does give You what You vibrate; it matches your feelings, moods and attitudes. The loving, compassionate and generous UNIverse always supports us in our spiritual growth and evolution. It is all GOOD, WELL, LOVE and PERFECT in the infinity of time.

"Remember to remember" is something that I tell myself all the time since I've read the Secret. It's so easy to get lost in your inner thoughts. I have to "remember to remember" that my sub thoughts have an effect on my energy as well. This is difficult to do at first, but I'm learning each day. And THANK YOU all for sharing all of your wonderful, happy words to keep me AWARE!
