Caught manifesting in public

The girl I have been dating, off and on, for several months, had the gall to tell me I am full of [expletive], because I have been acquiring enough money that I don't have to work. She says that it is just luck.
We started talking about PI and the LoA, and I showed her the site earlier today. She was laughing at some or your avatars and behavior....
Don't worry, I have her tied up in a secret room behind the paneling, for some water boarding torcher.... Just kidding!
The point is, I broke my own creed. I decided to just do my thing, with the LoA, and if I run across people who get it, then we will bond. But I would not mention it to others.
Don't manifest in public. It is unacceptable in most of society.... lol
You might even get arrested!

Most of the people I know are really open to new ideas. However, if you are around people who aren't, just don't mention it. No biggie!

I know some on here say it is good to talk with others what you are doing but,,I go along with what Napoleon Hill who wrote "Think and Grow Rich" who I believe said not to tell anyone what you are doing.By not telling others you develop power in what you are planning to do.
"Through the operation of this law of attraction the uninformed are constantly attracting trouble and grief and hatred and opposition from others by their unguarded words and destructive acts."
"Who said it couldn't be done? And what great victories has he to his credit which qualify him to judge others accurately"
These last two quotes are from "The Laws of Success" N..Hill and especially the last one here is one to keep in mind whenever anyone says anything to demean what you are doing,or says it can't be done.

One of my favorite quotes from N.H. is, and I paraphrase, "Do not tell your plans and dreams to others because they will take great delight in destroying you, because they envy you."
And, that one reminds me of Einstien: "Great Spirits have always been met with opposition from mediocre minds."

i know what you mean. I had been spending some time at a chat. I got laughted at and asked if I thought I was some kind of guru. Then I realized I was being authentic to 17-23 yr olds and I am 57.
I didnt understand why they spoke of me to be so odd to them. I guess I still don't. I figured it is just they are young and that is where they have to be and this is where I have to be so I moved away from them back to what I know.
Oh I know it is unacceptable to pray in public. pray prayers of graditude or manifest love vibrations in my mind, body and spirit to let go my fears and replace that vibration within me with love vibrational energy.
The luck we all have now a days is sticking a fake cell phone over our ears and no one will know any the difference whether we are praying or talking to a friend.
Was dont let it get you down. you just keep doing what you need to do.
