oh HOW fun! i was talking to a lady that has an eighteen year old and a six year old child....she said that the energy of the children is different now than it was then and I thought....hhhmmmm. but i said nothing. how fun to see what happened to you and how that worked out....DRIFTWOOD!

Hi Everyone, I'm Jan

I've been using the Law of Attraction for over 20 years now and I'm enjoying the fact that there's so many more people on that path since The Secret came out. I primarily use LOA for prepaving my teaching year or moving to a new location - it's amazing how effective that's been.

My main intention is to align with my Self (I'm using Carl Jung's definition here) and I use dreamwork a lot to achieve that. I'm enjoying Abraham's teachings because it gives me many more ways for achieving that intent.

I'm looking forward to learning and sharing with people on the new site.

I am not very familiar with Abraham Hicks, but I have read 'Ask and it is Givem,' which I found well written and very inspiring. I intend to read other books, and almost bought one today - in the end, I settled on 'The Master Key System.'

If you want to learn more about the wonderful teachings of Abraham, you can go to their website (abraham-hicks.com) where you can watch several videos and read tons of stuff - for FREE! One of my favorite quotes of theirs is:

"Most of you feel resistance and think it's normal, and we want you to know it's not - it's not normal.

It's ABNORMAL.

It is not anything like who you are.

What is normal to you is enthusiasm!

What is normal to you is laughing a lot – many, many times a day!

What is normal to you is feeling strong and secure!

Hello Marcy,

This is Roxy. Thanks for bringing the Abraham-Hicks vibe to the forum! I am reading my 3rd Abraham book, "The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent" and LOVE all of it! It makes such good sense and I am still trying to believe and put into practice their teachings. Maybe this group will share some personal experiences of applying some of the exercises they offer and how it worked in their lives...

Hi, I'm Kirsten and I do love Abraham-Hicks! My husband and I have been totally into it since seeing the Secret a year and half ago. We talk about it all the time, but really don't talk to anyone else. I have been wanting to talk to others and here I am.

I'm Lauri and I live joyously on Oahu. I've been absorbing Abraham for a couple of years and absolutely love everything they say! Am so looking forward to their workshop here in November!

I saw there was another LOA forum here - but it doesn't seem they're too aware of Abraham.

I'm here to share the wonderful wisdom of Abraham !
