Ho'oponopono deals mostly with the past and present ... so I give my clients Ho'omanamana processes like pule to help you in creating your future.

I have to say that I have used it with other techniques and I plan to do so much more.

I am a Holosync user and I know in the past when I have practiced Ho'oponopono during my H/S session, the combination made the experience especially powerful.

I am also a fan of the wisdom of Tolle. What drives Tolle fans like us crazy is we can stop the mind chatter and feel so peaceful in the present moment at least for a while. But then we catch ourselves totally lost in our thoughts again, perhaps for only a few minutes or perhaps for hours. Ugh! Ho'oponopono helps me stay present. It stops the compulsive egoic thinking that sometime takes off over a silly comment from another individual. It shuts down any negative thinking that's going on.

Cool, how do you use it to stay present.
Do you have an example of how you do it when you feel lost in thoughts or do you do it more preventively?
